Entre las actividades realizadas por un servidor, destaco de manera relevante mi intervención en el debate abierto, con el tema: "LA PARTICIPACiÓN DE LOS JÓVENES COMO MOTOR DE LA DEMOCRACIA" Y que adjunto al presente, incluyendo el listado oficial de oradores que fue puesto a consideración del Parlamento . La participacioacuten de los joacutevenes como motor de la Democracia

Las Tecnologiacuteas de la Informacioacuten y las Comunicaciones son sin lugar a duda las herramientas maacutes importantes y con mayor crecimiento del siglo XXI Su apertura dinamismo y flexibilidad permiten que una gran cantidad de informacioacuten recorra grandes distancias y llegue a nuestras manos en fraccioacuten de segundos

Los joacutevenes como principales usuarios de estas tecnologiacuteas aplicadas en la optimizacioacuten de las redes sociales tienen a su alcance la posibilidad de conocer de primera mano la informacioacuten que diacutea a diacutea se genera en la palestra puacuteblica y que es de gran utilidad para el fortalecimiento de la Democracia

El proceso de retroalimentacioacuten entre Gobernantes y Mandantes se facilita gracias al internet los controles de la sociedad sobre los mandatarios contienen ahora una mayor supervisioacuten pero esto no es suficiente se debe buscar una intervencioacuten y participacioacuten directa con mayor profundidad y alcance

Desafortunadamente los joacutevenes tienden a mantenerse al margen de la vida de los partidos poliacuteticos Ellos hacen sentir su opinioacuten a traveacutes de otros n1ecanismos efectivos en la inmediatez pero su participacioacuten no debe limitarse uacutenicamente a la emisioacuten de opiniones Debemos de alentar y motivarlos para que no solo actuacuteen en poliacutetica en ese terreno digital sino para que se involucren ademaacutes en la vida

democraacutetica de nuestras naciones a traveacutes de la accioacuten poliacutetica de forma viable y activa

La Democracia hay que acercarla a los ciudadanos y sobre todo a los joacutevenes para que podamos fortalecerla diariamente La participacioacuten democraacutetica no debe remitirse uacutenicamente a la emisioacuten del voto no a toda accioacuten directa en la toma de decisiones es por ello que la inclusioacuten de los joacutevenes en la vida partidaria y electoral vendriacutea a renovar e inyectar fuerza dinamismo y sensibilidad a las instituciones poliacuteticas de todos los paiacuteses

Debemos adaptar las ideologiacuteas postulados e historia que resumen los hechos que conforman nuestra nacioacuten a la conformacioacuten de los principios doctrinales que tienen los partidos y si en este proceso de transicioacuten logramos la participacioacuten de la juventud encontrariacuteamos entonces una legiacutetima y real adecuacioacuten al contexto actual

Vale la pena realizarnos el siguiente cuestionamiento iquestla ausencia de una participacioacuten integral de la juventud es parte de las crisis que debilita a las democracias yo considero que si pues al lograr la participacioacuten directa de los joacutevenes podremos conocer de primera mano las condiciones socioeconoacutemicas y culturales de nuestras comunidades

No tengo duda de que la juventud fortalece la Democracia es por ello que los joacutevenes deben participar de manera proactiva en las tareas de Gobierno y en las funciones de representacioacuten legislativa

La uacutenica forma de generar experiencia en las nuevas generaciones es participando en consecuencia no debemos por ninguacuten motivo excluirlos necesario explotar y aprovechar su gran potencial con ello evitaremos la improvisacioacuten y garantizamos la evolucioacuten de nuestra sociedad con ideas y visiones plurales pero siempre contemporaacuteneas

Debemos alentar a los joacutevenes a que suentildeen en poliacutetica para que con ellos y la sociedad en su conjunto realicemos y consolidemos esas aspiraciones Con los joacutevenes podremos devolverle a la poliacutetica su valor y la eacutetica como elemento connatural de la misma

fundamental utilizar las nuevas tecnologiacuteas de la comunicacioacuten pero la vertiente maacutes solida para fortalecer la vida Parlamentaria se logra al abrir y conservar nales de comunicacioacuten con los ciudadanos para que estos uacuteltimos conozcan lo que se discute y opinen al respecto de lo que se apruebe Lo anterior significariacutea restablecer la percepcioacuten favorable de los Parlamentos ante sus mandantes

Lejos del egoiacutesmo y con una visioacuten integradora hagamos que la juventud no perciba con lejaniacutea la labor legislativa que se sume y pasemos de un entendimiento de las leyes elaboradas upara noacutesotros a realizarlas Hcon nosotros

Ya sea en el aacutembito de la administracioacuten puacuteblica o bajo el rubro legislativo es y seraacute fundamental que trabajemos por cumplir uno de los verdaderos propoacutesitos de nuestra actividad y fortalezcamos la Democracia representativa

con estas nuevas generaciones llenas de conocimiento e iacutempetu

democraacutetica de nuestras naciones a traveacutes de la accioacuten poliacutetica de forma viable y activa

La Democracia hay que acercarla a los ciudadanos y sobre todo a los joacutevenes para que podamos fortalecerla diariamente La participacioacuten democraacutetica no debe remitirse uacutenicamente a la emisioacuten del voto no a toda accioacuten directa en la toma de decisiones es por ello que la inclusioacuten de los joacutevenes en la vida partidaria y electoral vendriacutea a renovar e inyectar fuerza dinamismo y sensibilidad a las instituciones poliacuteticas de todos los paiacuteses

Debemos adaptar las ideologiacuteas postulados e historia que resumen los hechos que conforman nuestra nacioacuten a la conformacioacuten de los principios doctrinales que tienen los partidos y si en este proceso de transicioacuten logramos la participacioacuten de la juventud encontrariacuteamos entonces una legiacutetima y real adecuacioacuten al contexto actual

Vale la pena realizarnos el siguiente cuestionamiento iquestla ausencia de una participacioacuten integral de la juventud es parte de las crisis que debilita a las democracias yo considero que si pues al lograr la participacioacuten directa de los joacutevenes podremos conocer de primera mano las condiciones socioeconoacutemicas y culturales de nuestras comunidades

No tengo duda de que la juventud fortalece la Democracia es por ello que los joacutevenes deben participar de manera proactiva en las tareas de Gobierno y en las funciones de representacioacuten legislativa

La uacutenica forma de generar experiencia en las nuevas generaciones es participando en consecuencia no debemos por ninguacuten motivo excluirlos necesario explotar y aprovechar su gran potencial con ello evitaremos la improvisacioacuten y garantizamos la evolucioacuten de nuestra sociedad con ideas y visiones plurales pero siempre contemporaacuteneas

Debemos alentar a los joacutevenes a que suentildeen en poliacutetica para que con ellos y la sociedad en su conjunto realicemos y consolidemos esas aspiraciones Con los joacutevenes podremos devolverle a la poliacutetica su valor y la eacutetica como elemento connatural de la misma

Debemos alentar a los joacutevenes a que suentildeen en poliacutetica para que con ellos y la sociedad en su conjunto realicemos y consolidemos esas aspiraciones Con los joacutevenes podremos devolverle a la poliacutetica su valor y la eacutetica como elemento connatural de la misma

fundamental utilizar las nuevas tecnologiacuteas de la comunicacioacuten pero la vertiente maacutes solida para fortalecer la vida Parlamentaria se logra al abrir y conservar nales de comunicacioacuten con los ciudadanos para que estos uacuteltimos conozcan lo que se discute y opinen al respecto de lo que se apruebe Lo anterior significariacutea restablecer la percepcioacuten favorable de los Parlamentos ante sus mandantes

Lejos del egoiacutesmo y con una visioacuten integradora hagamos que la juventud no perciba con lejaniacutea la labor legislativa que se sume y pasemos de un entendimiento de las leyes elaboradas upara noacutesotros a realizarlas Hcon nosotros

Ya sea en el aacutembito de la administracioacuten puacuteblica o bajo el rubro legislativo es y seraacute fundamental que trabajemos por cumplir uno de los verdaderos propoacutesitos de nuestra actividad y fortalezcamos la Democracia representativa
