TIJUANA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (BINATIONAL AIRPORT SAN DIEGO, USA · TIJUANA, MEXICO)
PASSENGER TERMINAL, BUS STATION, HOTEL WITH 200 ROOMS AND OFFICE USE BUILDING
As Project Manager, I am currently leading a team of ten architects throughout the project development process. I am responsible for the design and planning as well as the coordination of all consultants and suppliers. My tasks include client and project management. The scope of the project includes the extension of the airside in addition to development of a new building for remote positions. One of the main challenges is mixing these uses with a Bus Station, a 200 room Hotel and 4.000 m² Offi ce Use Building on the landside. The fact that this is a binational airport located right on the Mexico-USA border requires the creation of a connection bridge between both countries with the respective immigration control requirements.

CHETUMAL INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTTERMINAL AND AIRPORT MASTER PLAN
As Project Manager, I led a team of five architects throughout the project. I was in charge of design, planning and coordination of all consultants and suppliers. I was the point of contact between the design team and the client. The key challenge when working on this project was how to develop a comprehensive and integrated plan, which would ensure proper operation and functioning of the terminal building during the various phases of construction.

As Project Manager, I led a team of five architects throughout the project in addition to being the main point of contact for the client. I was responsible for the design and planning of the Terminal Building and the Master Plan, coordinating all consultants involved. Our proposal solved the space and operational problems of the current passenger terminal. It included a Master Plan, which organized all airside spaces and phases of extensions of passenger terminal for the next 30 years.

OBREGON CITY AIRPORTAIR TRAFFIC TOWER AND CUSTOMS BUILDING
As Project Manager, I led a team of three architects throughout the process. I was responsible for the design and planning. I coordinated all consultants and suppliers, and took over both client and project management.Due to lack of space on the airside, the original design of Control Tower Building and Customs Building we had prepared for the Mexican National Airport Management Authority (ASA), had to be split into two separate elements: the Control Tower, near the geometric center of the track; and the Customs Building, next to the General Apron, which required detailed negotiation between ASA and the Obregon Airport Authority.

INTERNATIONAL OLYMPIC COMMITTEE IN OMAN
As Project Manager, I led a team of three architects throughout the process. I was responsible for the design and coordinated all consultants. The most iconic part of the project is the facade. Lacy screens enveloping each building are designed to create an ephemeral play of light and shadow. The screens are carefully designed to perform an important shading function and to engender a cooler micro-climate zone around each building. This soft perimeter will extend the space of each building outwards creating a garden environment.
