-More visionary program for our Recon to be educated each other-Who ever is interest to ICCR conference, should be member and asso-ciated ( need of help, guide line of policy , or promote )

-Perhaps the earlier generation failed to spot something, perhaps they have made a mistake- yet, if it was a mistaken, WE WILL CHANGE IT SO….
