CANTIDAD A PAGAR La cantidad a pagar es el importe que marca el taxímetro más los suplementos correspondientes, salvo en los viajes con tarifa fija. Los peajes serán a cargo del viajero, si éste ha ordenado o aceptado el trayecto correspondiente.

TARIFASEl taxímetro empezará a contar cuando el vehículo inicie la marcha, después de que el viajero haya indicado el punto de destino, excepto en los servicios contratados por medios telemáticos, en los que se iniciará desde el lugar de partida del vehículo.

TARIFAS AEROPUERTOEn los viajes con origen o destino entre el Aeropuerto y el interior de la Calle 30, incluyendo aquellos que hayan sido contratados por medios telemá-ticos, se aplicará una tarifa fija (Tarifa 4)A esta tarifa fija no se le podrá añadir ningún suplemento ni se aplicará la cuan-tía máxima de los servicios contratados por medios telemáticos.

En los viajes con origen en el Aeropuerto en los que no corresponda aplicar la tarifa fija y que no hayan sido contratados por medios telemáticos, se cobrará una carrera mínima en los diez primeros kilómetros de recorrido o distancia inferior (Tarifa 5).

* El número máximo de suplementos a cobrar será de seis. No obstante, en los períodos de Nochebuena y Nochevieja se podrán cobrar hasta siete. El suplemento por ocupación a partir de la quinta plaza se podrá cobrar hasta un máximo de 4 plazas por viaje.

VIAJES FUERA DEL ÁREA DE PRESTACIÓN CONJUNTA DE MADRIDEn la parte del viaje que discurra fuera del Área de Prestación Conjunta (APC) hasta llegar al destino, se aplicarán las mismas tarifas de la zona B. Si el viajero ha contratado también el viaje de vuelta, este se realizará con el taxímetro interrumpido hasta llegar de nuevo al APC, punto a partir del cual se reanudará en la tarifa de zona B.

DERECHOS DEL VIAJERO– Libro de reclamaciones a disposición de los usuarios.– Tique expedido por impresora. En caso de carecer de impresora, recibo con: Nº de licencia troquelado, NIF,

nº de serie, importe, fecha, origen y destino del viaje.– Elección del recorrido.– Cambio de moneda hasta 20 E.

AMOUNT PAYABLE The amount payable is the amount marked by the taximeter plus the corresponding supplements, except on trips with a flat rate. Tolls will be on account of the traveller, if it has ordered or accepted the corresponding route.

RATESThe taximeter will start running when the vehicle starts moving, after the traveller has indicated the destination point, except in services contracted by telematic means, in which it will start running from the starting point of the vehicle.

AIRPORT RATESOn trips with origin or destination between the Airport and the inside of Calle 30, including those that have been contracted by telematic means, a flat rate will be applied (Rate 4).No supplement can be added to this flat rate; the maximum amount of the ser-vices contracted by telematic means will not be applied.

On trips with origin in the Airport, in which the flat rate cannot be applied and which have not been contracted by telematic means, a minimum rate will be charged on the first 10 km of trajectory or on lesser distance (Rate 5).

TRIPS OUTSIDE OF THE ÁREA DE PRESTACIÓN CONJUNTA (AUTHORISED LIMITS FOR MADRID TAXIS)In the part of the trip outside the Área de Prestación Conjunta (APC) until reaching destination, the same rates of Zone B will be applied. If the traveller has also contracted the return trip, it will be carried out interrupting the taximeter until reaching the APC again; from this point, it will start running again in zone B rate.

RIGHTS OF THE TRAVELLER– Book of Complaints at the disposal of the users.– Ticket issued by printer. If there is no printer, receipt with: Stamped licence number, Fiscal Identity Number,

serial number, amount, date, origin and destination of the trip.– Choosing the trajectory.– Exchange up to 20 E.

TARIFSLe compteur commence à compter lorsque le véhicule commence la marche, une fois le voyageur a indiqué le point de destination. Dans les cas des services demandés par voie télématique, il commence à compter depuis le point de départ du véhicule.

TARIFS AÉROPORTPour les transferts avec origine ou destination entre l’Aéroport et l’intérieur de la Rue 30, y compris ceux demandés par voie télématique, un tarif fixe sera appliqué (Tarif 4).Il ne peut être ajouté aucun supplément ni aucun montant maximum des servi-ces demandés par voie télématique à ce tarif fixe.

Pour les voyages avec origine à l’Aéroport pour lesquels le tarif fixe ne s’applique pas et n’ayant pas été demandés par voie télématique, un tarif minimal s’applique pour les dix premiers kilomètres de parcours ou une dis-tance inférieure (Tarif 5).

TRANSFERTS EN DEHORS DE LA ZONE DE PRESTATION CONJOINTE DE MADRIDDans la partie du voyage effectuée en dehors de la Zone de Prestation Conjointe (ZPC) jusqu’à l’arrivée à destination, les mêmes tarifs de la zone B s’appliquent. Si le voyageur a sollicité également le voyage de retour, celui-ci sera effectué avec le compteur arrêté jusqu’à l’arrivée à la ZPC, point à partir duquel il sera remis en marche au tarif de la zone B.

DROITS DES VOYAGEURS– Livre des réclamations à disposition des utilisateurs.– Justificatif émis par imprimante. En cas de manquer d’imprimante, pièce justificative avec : le Nº de licence

massicoté, le Numéro d’Identification Fiscale, le nº de série, le montant, la date, le point d’origine et de destination du trajet.

– Choix du parcours– Échange jusqu’à 20 E.
