Este trabajo de investigacin va dedicado primordialmente a mis padres Migdalia de Sequera y Edgar Sequera y a mi abuela Ana de Quintero, que Dios la tenga en su gloria, por sus preocupaciones y apoyo constante en el transcurso de mi carrera, por inculcarme principios y ser un ejemplo para enfrentar la vida.

RESUMEN

En las primeras etapas de la vida, el nio y la nia necesitan que se les estimule tanto la coordinacin global como la selectiva, a travs de estrategias ldicas y la facilitacin de recursos variados. La participacin del docente en este proceso de aprendizaje es vital, ya que sin orientacin y mediacin eficaz, poco se favorecera las mejoras en este sentido, que va a formar parte importante en la etapa escolar. Por consiguiente, la siguiente investigacin tiene como objetivo valorar la puesta en marcha de una propuesta interactiva y favorecedora de la coordinacin motriz global y selectiva de los nios y nias de 3 y 4 aos de I nivel secciones G y H del C.P.E. Don Simn Rodrguez, empleando un diseo etnogrfico y utilizando la metodologa cualitativa. Dicha investigacin surgi de un diagnstico participativo en el cual se evidenci la carencia de estrategias innovadoras para potenciar la motricidad global y selectiva de los nios y nias, por parte de las docentes; por lo que se elabor una Propuesta Pedaggica que permite apoyar la labor pedaggica. Se utilizaron tcnicas como, observacin participante y entrevista semiestructurada, e instrumentos como: registros descriptivos, notas de campo, pruebas fotogrficas y grabaciones en audio. Los resultados se reflejan en las siguientes categoras, a) Proceso Motriz Global y Selectivo del Nio y Nia, b) Expresin Oral e Intervencin Dinmica en las actividades y c) Organizacin Didctica para favorecer la Coordinacin Motriz Global y selectiva. Con dichas categoras surgidas se concluye que en la medida en que las docentes e investigadoras ejecutaron las actividades y orientaron y mediaron con los nios y nias en su proceso, stos evidenciaron logros y avances en sus movimientos gruesos y menores y en su independencia.Descriptores: Coordinacin Global y Selectiva, Independencia, Accin Docente, Contexto Escolar, Estrategias Ldicas.REPBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA

The participation of the educational one in this process of learning is vital, since without direction and effective mediation, little it would favor the improvements in this sense, that it is going to comprise important in the scholastic stage. Therefore, the following investigation must like objective value the beginning of an interactive and favorecedora proposal of the global and selective motor coordination of the children and children of 3 and 4 years of I level sections G and H of the C.P.E. Don Simn Rodriguez, using an ethnographic design and using the qualitative methodology. This investigation arose from a participativo diagnosis in which the deficiency of innovating strategies was demonstrated to harness the global and selective motricidad of the children and children, on the part of the educational ones; reason why a Pedagogical Proposal was elaborated that allows to support the pedagogical work. Techniques like, participant observation and semistructured interview were used, and instruments like: descriptive registries, photographic notes of field, tests and recordings in audio. The results are reflected in the following categories, a) Global and Selective Motor Process of the Boy and Girl, b) Oral Expression and Dynamic Intervention in activities and c) Didactic Organization to favor the Global and selective Motor Coordination. With these arisen categories one concludes that in the measurement in which educational and the investigating ones they executed the activities and they oriented and they mediated with the children and children in its process, these demonstrated profits and advances in its heavy and smaller movements and their independence.
