OTROS PORQUE

Son tantos los porque,

Tan pocas las respuestas,

Que aun no entiendo cómo,

Recorro mis caminos… 

Porque no decidí

seguir aquel camino,

porque no persistí,

en mis necias caricias,

porque me refrene,

cuando estabas dispuesta… 

porque nunca acudí,

a la cita muy nuestra… 

si al fin y al cabo siempre,

supe que tu serias,

un eslabón muy fuerte

anudado a mi vida… 

del cual no me despojo,

aunque por este tiempo,

ya ni siquiera soy,

un recuerdo en tu vida…

So few answers,

That still do not understand how,

I walk my ways ...

Because I did not decide

follow that path,

because I persisted,

in my foolish caresses,

because I hold back,

when you were ready ...

because I never went,

to quote our very own ...

if at the end of the long,

I knew you would be,

a very strong link

knotted my life ...

which do not spoil,
