Importance of the Collective Intelligence
Intelligence in general is understood as the ability to solve problems within a given cultural context. In the same way, Collective intelligence is related to the ability of the group, team to share knowledge, think, act in an aligned way to achieve desired goals.
Sometimes work in groups is not as easy as it sounds. However, for a company and for life is important work in group when you want to achieve or have goals in common with others.
