En la presente tambin se especifican los materiales utilizados, las cargasconsideradas, sus combinaciones,mtodo de anlisis, las normas y cdigos que seemplearnenelpresenteinforme.2.ALCANCESPara la evaluacin estructural delmonopolo bridado facetado existente de 30m serealiz considerando fundamentalmente las fuerzas producidas por la accin delviento,queeslacondicinmsdesfavorableparaestetipodeestructurasesbeltas.De acuerdo a las especificaciones dadas por Amrica Mvil, las estructuras de supropiedad debern de ser diseadas y evaluadas para una velocidad de viento desupervivenciade120Km/h,paralavelocidaddeoperacinseconsiderar90Km/hparasuverificacin.Lasexpresionesusadasparadeterminar lapresindel viento tantoen laestructurametlicacomoen lasescalerillas,antenasdeRF,antenasdeMWydemsaccesoriosdelmonopolosondadasporlanormaTIAEIA222F.3.DESCRIPCINDELPROYECTOLa estructura ha evaluar consta de dos partes bsicas, la estructura principal(monopolofacetadobridado)ylaplataformatriangularatopedelmonopolodondeseubicanlasantenasdeRF.

  • La estructura principal del monopolo est compuesta por 05 mdulos de seccindodecgono (12 caras) de 6.00m de altura cada uno. Los mdulos estn unidosmediante12pernosde1y7/8(dependiendodelosmdulosaunir).Laplataformatriangularestubicadaatopedelmonopolotiene3.00mdelado,sobreelcualseencuentran instaladas07antenasdeRFpertenecientesaClaro,pordebajodelaplataformaa21.00maproximadamenteseubican2soportesindependientesenlos cuales se encuentran instalados 04 antenas de RF adicionales pertenecientes aTelmex.Adicionalmenteexisten06enlacesMW.Elmonopolo seencuentraapoyado sobreunpedestalde concreto,el cualpresentadesprendimientodeltarrajeoyrajadurasenelbordedelabridabasedelaestructuraprincipal,porlotantoserecomiendarealizarunaspruebasyanlisisa lacimentacinparagarantizarelestadodelamisma.LacargaadicionalainstalaresunaantenaMWdedimetrode1.20maunaalturade24.00mparapoderrealizarelenlaceentrelaEBCVesiqueylaEBCPacifico.

  • 5.MATERIALESLosmaterialesutilizadosenlaverificacindelmonopolosonlossiguientes:Perfilera:AceroASTMA36(fy=36Kips).Pernera:AceroestructuralASTMA325osimilar(SAEGrado5).Soldadura:ElectrodosE70XX.6.METODODEANALISISEl anlisis estructural del monopolo se realiz usando un anlisis elstico linealconsiderandoelMtododeTensionesAdmisibles(ASD),bajoelsupuestodepequeasdeformacionesdemodoquelaestructurasecomportebajolateoraelsticalineal.Paraeldiseode loselementosdelmonopolo,sehausadoelCdigoAmericanodeTelecomunicacionesTIAEIA222 F,captulo3,numeral3.1.14.1acepta lautilizacinde los esfuerzos permisibles segn lo normado por el American Institute of SteelConstruction(AISC).Las frmulas empleadas se encuentran en los numerales 1.5.1.3.1 y 1.5.1.3.2. delmanualAISC,siendoestaslassiguientes:Paraelementosencompresin:

    LasnormasTIA/EIA222Fensunumeral3.1.1.1establecenqueparaestructurasdealtura menores a 213 mts como en el presente caso, los esfuerzos permisiblesobtenidossegnelAISCpuedenserincrementadosen1/3,loquesetendrencuentaalverificarloselementos.En cuanto a la relacin de esbeltez para miembros en compresin, en el numeral3.1.12 considera comomximo kl/r
