Eralki Engineering S.L. es una nueva inge-niería dedicada a ofrecer soluciones perso-nalizadas a través del diseño y fabricación de maquinaria vibrante aplicada al trans-porte, dosificación, cribado y manipulación de materiales en general.

Este tipo de equipos se utilizan en todo tipo de aplicaciones donde se requiera la extracción de tolvas o la dosificación del material. El accionamiento puede ser elec-tromagnético o electromecánico, siendoposible la variación de caudal en ambos casos.

Mediante estos equipos se consigue trans-portar productos a granel, incluso con pen-dientes negativas. Es posible incluso la colocación de chapas perforadas o mallas para realizar un cribado del material.Las bandejas pueden ser abiertas, tubula-res, con tapas atornilladas, etc..El tipo de accionamiento puede ser electro-magnético, electromecánico o neumático.

Equipos utilizados principalmente para la eliminación de una fracción de material an-tes del siguiente proceso. Son muy utiliza-dos en la alimentación a molinos o tritura-doras.

Con este tipo de equipos se consigue re-partir el material de uno modo uniforme a toda la anchura de otra máquina. También permite la alimentación a otros dos equi-pos, por ejemplo dos cribas, desde un solo punto de entrada.

Se equipan con rejillas filtrantes resistentes a la oxidación y al desgaste. El fondo se co-loca con un ángulo ascendente de 3° para evitar la salida de agua por la parte delan-tera. De este modo se consigue separar lí-quidos de materiales sólidos obteniendo un grado residual de humedad relativamente bajo.

They are equipped with filter grids resistant to oxidation and wear. The bottom is pla-ced with an upward angle of 3 ° to prevent the escape of water from the front. Thus is achieved separating liquids from solid ma-terials to obtain a relatively low residual hu-midity content.

Mediante la acción de los motovibradores colocados en la parte inferior, se consigue la compactación de todo tipo de productos a granel.También son utilizadas en el sector de pre-fabricados de hormigón.

Mediante Motovibradores, ubicados en laparte superior o en la inferior, se consigueelevar productos granulados.Durante la elevación del producto puedenrealizarse otras operaciones tales comocribar, enfriar, calentar o secar. Paraproductos pulvurulentos, se puede realizar el elevador en versión estanca mediante lainstalación de una cubierta exterior.
