DESARROLLO ECONÓMICO DEL NORTE, A.C., les da la mas cordial bienvenida al evento más importante para proveedores de insumos de la industria maquiladora, local, estatal y nacional, que se llevará a cabo del 9 al 11 de Octubre de 2019 en el Centro de Convenciones Cuatro Siglos, ubicado en Calzada del Río #8989 esquina con Florida, Fracc. Quintas Alameda en Cd. Juárez, Chihuahua.

Para nosotros es un gusto que sea parte de esta exposición que tiene como objetivo ofrecer un espacio de oportunidad para el crecimiento de su empresa.

El manual de expositor hará de su conocimiento información importante para tener una destacada participación dentro de la exposición, por lo cual le solicitamos poner especial atención a los horarios, fechas y requerimientos, así como difundir este manual a toda aquella persona de su empresa que estará involucrada en el evento.

Reglas de Montaje Assembly Guidelines

1.- Antes de iniciar el montaje, tanto el expositor como el en-cargado del montaje deberán cerciorarse en el sitio de las condiciones físicas y de las dimensiones de los espacios a ocupar. EXPO MRO nomodificarásus instalacionesparaaco-plarsealdiseño de algún stand especial, como consecuente el proyecto deberá ajustarse a las condiciones del recinto.2.- Cualquier saldo debe ser cubierto antes del día de montaje para permitir la entrada a las personas encargadas.3.- No se aprobará la utilización del espacio como taller de pro-ducción, únicamente podrá utilizarse para ensamblar y montar las partes o módulos fabricados con anticipación. Queda prohibido la limpieza de materiales, herramientas, brochas, contenedores de pintura o cualquier equipo, en sanitarios, cafetería o cualquier otra área del recinto.4.- No se permite pegar artículos en pisos ,paredes, columnas, estructuras, no se puede clavar, atornillar, perforar o realizar cualquier acción que implique el deterioro de las instalaciones y servicios dentro y fuera del lugar. No se permite el soldar en ningún lugar de la exposición. En caso de incumplimiento el expositor esta de acuerdo en cubrir los gastos que se deriven por cualquier daño que haga su personal o la empresa que se contrate para el montaje del modulo.5.- Está prohibido pintar con aerosol, sistema de aspersión o compresión dentro del recinto. De no cumplir con este requeri-miento se multará a la empresa y deberá responder por los daños o molestias causadas.6.- No se permite clavar ni perforar las mamparas del stand ni la estructura metálica; solo puede utilizar cinta adhesiva doble cara de esponja o ganchos para colgar las lonas, en caso contrario se deberá cubrir el costo de cada mampara o estructura metálica dañada. Precios por piezas más IVA:Mampara $390ºº pesos, Larguero 95 cm $1,500ºº pesosLarguero 3 m $2,700ºº pesos, Poste $1,500ºº pesos

EXPO MROwillnotmodify its facilities tofit thedesignof a special stand, as consequent the project must conform to the conditions of the enclosure.2.- Any balance must be covered before the assembly day to allow entry to the persons in charge3.- The use of space as a production workshop shall not be approved, it may only be used to assemble and assemble parts or modules manufactured in advance. Failure to comply with this requirementwillresultinafineandtheExhibitorwillbeac-countablefor any damage or inconvenience caused.6.- It is not allowed to nail or drill booth partitions or metal structure;Youcanonlyusedouble-sidedtapeorhookstohangany material within the booth, otherwise the cost of each damaged metal frame or structure must be covered. 7.- Queda prohibido colocar en las mamparas diseños en vinyl auto adherible . En caso de incumplimiento se deberá pagar el costo de cada mampara cubierta con el vinyl.8.- Debe respetarse el perímetro que delimita el área de exhibición de su módulo, así como la altura permitida.9.- No se permite dejar los vehículos estacionados en el área de rampas, una vez que se haya descargado el material deberán moverse al estacionamiento de la parte norte para dar oportunidad a otros expositores de realizar sus maniobras.10.- Toda empresa de montaje debe contar con las herramientas y equipos necesarios para la ejecución de sus trabajos, EXPO MRO no presta ni alquila sus herramientas o equipos.11.- Toda maquinaria y/o equipo pesado deberá estar apoyado sobre hule, alfombra o algún otro material para proteger el piso.12.- El levantamiento de inventario es opcional, las empresas que lo deseen deberán presentar la relación en original y copia delosartículos,lacualrevisarayfirmaraelguardiadeseguridadmanteniendo la copia para la autorización de salida del material.13.-Despuésdelas20:00horasdelMartes9deoctubre,elrecintose cierra para dar entrada al equipo de limpieza y preparar las áreas para la inauguración del evento. En caso que EL EXPOSITOR no ocupe el ESPACIO DE EXHIBICIÓN para la fecha y horario definalización demontaje,ELORGANIZADORpodráutilizarelESPACIO DE EXHIBICIÓN en la manera que más le convenga sin liberar expositor de responsabilidad alguna sobre el pago total del espacio, servicios adicionales, publicidad, patrocinios, etc. que haya contratado. LA EXPOSICIÓN NO PUEDE DAR INICIO CON ESPACIOS VACÍOS.

7.- It is forbidden to place self adhesive vinyl designs on the screens. This will not eliminate the Exhibitor’s responsibility with regards to payment for the booth or any additional charges for advertising or sponsorships that he might have contracted. 1.- La empresa expositora asignó a un responsable de módulo al momento de llenar la ficha de registro, en caso de haceralgún cambio deberán avisarlo por escrito ya que esta persona responsableesaquiense lesenviaran todas lasnotificaciones,avisos y formatos de su participación en la EXPO MRO.

2.- Es responsabilidad del expositor informar al equipo organizador de EXPO MRO sobre la contratación de un módulo especial con lafinalidaddequeelequipodeEXPO MRO se coordine con su proveedor sobre la altura del área donde se encuentra su espacio.

3.- El responsable del modulo deberá subir la información de la empresa y contactos a la plataforma web de EXPO MRO una vez que se les entregue las claves de expositor para ingresar.

4.- Se requiere de inmediato subir el logotipo para manejarlo en la publicidad impresa y digital de EXPO MRO.

5.- La información para el catálogo de expositores que se imprime y se entrega a todos los visitantes, será tomada del micrositio de su empresa el Viernes 13 de Septiembre.

6.- La información de las personas que atenderán el modulo para la impresión de gafetes, será tomada de su micrositio el Viernes 20 de Septiembre. Posterior a estas fechas no podrá haber ningún cambio.

1.- The exhibitor designated a booth manager in the registration form with whom the EXPO MRO committee will have direct contact, in case of any change the exhibitor must notify it in writing because thisresponsiblepersonistheonetowhomallnotifications,noticesand formats of their participation in the EXPO MRO will be sent.

2.- It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to inform the EXPO MRO organizing team about the hiring of a special booth in order to coordinate with your supplier about the height of the area where your booth is located.

3.- The person in charge of the booth should upload the Company information and contacts to the EXPO MRO web plataform once you received the user ID and password to login.

4.- It is immediately required to upload the logo to handle it in the print and digital advertising of EXPO MRO.

5.- The information for the catalog of exhibitors that is printed and delivered to all visitors will be taken from the microsite of your company on September 13th.

6.- The information of the staff who will attend the booth for the printing of badges, will be taken from its microsite on Friday, September 20th.After these dates can not be any change.

7.-EachExhibitorwillgetupto4badgesper booth at no cost. Exhibitorswith2boothswillgetupto8badgesatnocost,3booths12badges,etc…Additionalbadgeswillcost$10ººUSDplustax

8.- ESTACIONAMIENTO PARA EXPOSITORES DURANTE EL EVENTO: todos los expositores deberán estacionar sus vehículos en el área lateral del edificio (terracería) parapermitirque los visitantes que son los clientes prospectos de su empresa,utilicen el estacionamiento pavimentado. La prioridad del expositor es el Visitante.

9.-ElLunes7yMartes8deOctubre,seentregarán losgafetesdeexpositoresenlasoficinasdelCentrodeConvencionesCuatroSiglos,enhorariodeoficinasde9ama6pm.

10.- El gafete de expositor deberá ser portado en todo momento dentro de la EXPO MRO.

11.- El módulo debe ser atendido en todo momento por personal de la empresa, sin excepción.

12.- Los días del evento, el expositor deberá presentarse 30minutosantesdelaaperturaalpúblicoyretirarsedespuésdelahora de cierre. 13.- Queda PROHIBIDO sin excepción, desmontar el módulo antes de finalizar la exposición. El expositor no podrá por respeto a los visitantes, retirarse antes de la hora de cierre, en caso contrarioseharáacreedoraunasanciónde$6,000másivaynopodrá exponer en la siguiente edición.

8.- PARKING FOR EXHIBITORS DURING THE EVENT: all exhibitors must park their vehicles in the side area of the building (ground parking) to allow visitors who are the prospective customers of your company, to use the paved parking. The priority of the exhibitor is the Visitor.

9.- Monday 7th and Tuesday 8th of October, will be given theexhibitors’badges in theofficesof theCuatroSiglosConventionCenter,duringofficehoursfrom9a.m.to6p.m. 10.- The exhibitor’s badge must be worn at all times inside the EXPO MRO.

11.- The booth must be attended at all times by company staff, without exception.

12.-Duringtheeventdays,theexhibitormustbepresent30minutesbeforeopeningtothepublicandretireafterclosingtime,6pm. 13.- It is prohibited without exception to remove the booth before the end of the exhibition. The exhibitor will not be able to respect the visitors, disassembly before the closing time, otherwise hewill be subject to a $400dollars fineandwill not be able toparticipate in the following edition.

1.- Queda PROHIBIDO subarrendar y /o el compartir parcial o totalmente sus(s) módulo(s).

2.- Queda PROHIBIDO cualquier demostración o actividad que de por resultado un obstáculo en los pasillos o que evite el libre acceso a los módulos de los expositores contiguos, en su casoleserásuspendidaporelComitéEXPO MRO durante el tiempo necesario.

3.- Está PROHIBIDO llevar a cabo actividades, exhibiciones o espectáculos que puedan ser ilegales o contrarias a la moral y buenas costumbres. El ComitéEXPO MRO se reserva el derecho de cancelar cualquier actividad al respecto.

4.- Los expositores responsables de cada stand deberán presentarsealmenos30minutosantesdeliniciodeactividadesy retirarse 30minutos después de los horarios establecidospara el público en general. Si no se cumple con lo anterior, los riesgosdepérdidasorobosseacentúanconsiderablemente.

5.- Todo el personal del módulo debe realizar las actividades de distribución de folletería y propaganda, únicamente dentro del espacio contratado. Por lo que no se permitirá al expositor repartir material fuera de su espacio o colocar publicidad en pasillos, baños, estacionamiento, cafetería, vestíbulos, andenes, salas, stands vacíos y áreas comunes.

Botargas y Edecanes contratadas para promocionar la empresa deben permanecer también en el módulo, quedaprohibido que deambulen por pasillos y lobby.

2.- It is PROHIBITED any demonstration or activity that results in an obstacle in the hall or that avoids free access to the booths of the neighbor exhibitors.

4.- All Exhibitors and their personnel must perform their promotional activities inside the stand. No promotions can be done in the common areas. It is not allowed to place advertising in hallways, bathrooms, parking, cafetería, halls, terraces.

5.- The EXPO MRO staff, will pick up and store all materials left in the common or transit areas during the event. Any costs incurred by this activity will be chaged to the appropriate Exhibitor.

6.- El Comité de EXPO MRO realizará las labores de levantamiento de materiales, objetos o mercancía que encuentre abandonados en áreas comunes o de circulación, fuera del área asignada al expositor, sin responsabilidad por su estado o paradero, y cobrará los gastos que genere esta operación.

7.- La limpieza dentro del módulo es responsabilidad del expositor, esto aplica para el montaje, desmontaje y durante el evento. Si el expositor contratase alguna empresa de servicio de limpieza, la responsabilidad de cualquier daño recaerá en la empresa expositora.

8.-Quedaprohibido fumar,manipularproductos inflamables,portar armas de fuego e introducir animales vivos ni mascotas a la exposición.

9.- No se permitirá la entrada al área de stands de maquinaria, equipo pesado, cajas, vehículos y empaques de gran volumen despuésdeldíadelainauguración.Enelcasodemaquinariay vehículos, no deben permanecer prendidos durante toda la exposición sino únicamente para hacer demostraciones y con el mínimo de combustible necesario. Cumpliendo siempre con las normas de seguridad que garanticen la ausencia de cualquierriesgoparalosvisitanteseinstalaciones.ElComitéEXPO MRO podrá adoptar las medidas de seguridad que se consideren al momento de la demostración y funcionamiento de dicha maquinaria y aparatos, en caso de que se considere peligroso y/o nocivo o molesto para los visitantes y expositores se le solicitara que deje de utilizarse.

6.- Internal cleaning booth is the Exhibitor´s responsibility, this applies to assemby, disassembly and during the event. If the Exhibitor hires an external service com-pany, liability for any damage will lie with the exhibitor.

7.- Smoking is prohibited, handling inflammable products,carrying firearms and introducing live animals or pets to theexhibition.

10.- Queda estrictamente prohibido que el expositor, ayudantes o la empresa que haya sido contratada para el montaje y demontaje, dejen enlospasillosyáreascomunesempaques,flejes,cartón,madera,etc.Si se trata de desperdicios ligeros, el expositor deberá colocarlos en el basurero general ubicado en el área de andenes.

11.- El recinto cuenta con diferentes áreas, como son: salas de conferencias, área de comidas, áreas de exposición, vestíbulo, oficinasyexteriores,espaciosquecuentancondiferentes tiposdeacabados en pisos y muros, por lo que solicitamos de la manera más atenta seamos muy cuidadosos para no dañar las instalaciones.

12.- Una vez terminado el periodo de tiempo establecido para el desmontaje,elComitéEXPO MRO retirará y dispondrá del material de decoración o elementos que aún permanezcan en el área de exhibición sin que ello implique responsabilidad de la organización sobre los mismos y se cobrarán los gastos que ello origine.

13.- Cualquier daño causado por no cumplir con las normas anteriores deberá ser cubierto de inmediato por el Expositor, como responsable absoluto y solidario de su personal a cargo o el contratado para montaje y desmontaje de su stand, aunque sea de manera eventual.

14-. Aunque existe un seguro contra daños a terceros, el ComitéOrganizador no se hace responsable por daños a los equipos y personas durante el montaje, días del evento y desmontaje, por lo que recomendamos a los expositores contratar su propio seguro de equipo.

15.- Si sus operaciones requieren energía 220V o aire comprimido, no olvide solicitar el servicio mediante el formato CONTRATACIÓN DESERVICIOSADICIONALESantesdelViernes13deSeptiembre.Posterior a esta fecha el costo se incrementa en un 10% si lacontrataciónseefectúadel14al29deSeptiembreyenun20%silacontrataciónserealizadel1ºal5deOctubrede2019.
