NOTE:

Most power failures are corrected in an hour or two and will not affect your refrigerator temperatures.However, you should minimize the number of door openings while the power is off. During power is off. PRESERVATION TIME FORFROZEN FOODS

In the event that the refrigerator does not function or in your opinion is not functioning, normally, before calling for service technical, first check the following points: - That the plug is properly connected.- That the electrical supply is functioning and available.- That there is not a burnout fuse in your house.- That the refrigerator is standing on a level base.- That the refrigerator is not placed too close to the wall.- That the thermostat is properly positioned.- That the door is closing correctly.If, after checking all these items, it still does not function normally, contact our Authorized Technical Service, which should be informed of the nature of the fault, the model Nº and serial Nº (see the identification plate on the back of the refrigerator) as well as on the invoice or delivery order.- Never freezes already foods again defrosted for to avoid risks of decomposition.- The date of expiration of its foods doesn't modify for to be frozen.IMPORTANT

MAKING BEST USE OF YOUR REFRIGERATOR UBICACION E INSTALACIÓN- Ubique el artefacto en un lugar seco, alejado de fuentes de calor (estufa, horno, calentador de agua, etc.) y alejado de los rayos del sol.- Para ubicarlo elija un piso sólido y nivelado.- Deje espacios libres, a los costados mínimo 10 cm y 15 cm en la parte posterior y superior (ver FIG. A).- Luego de ubicar su refrigerador espere 30 minutos antes de conectarlo.- La instalación del tomacorriente debe ser, como mínimo, con un conductor eléctrico calibre # 16 AWG.- Conecte su artefacto directamente al tomacorriente, evite el uso de enchufes múltiples.- La instalación línea a tierra es indispensable para su seguridad, evitando conectar a líneas telefónicas o cañerías de gas

- Adjusting refrigerator temperature. Temperature in the refrigerator is automatically adjust by a sensor whit mecanic damper, that makes the air flow uniformally in all compartments.

This refrigerator model is provided with the “NO FROST” system and, therefore, NO defrosting is required, this being done by the unit itself from time to time.Its is recommended that a general internal cleaning should be done at least once every six months, following the procedure described below:- Place thermostat control knob in the OFF position.- Unplug the refrigerator.- Remove all the food.- Wash the interior and the accessories with a cloth soaked in a solution of sodium bicarbonate (1 tablespoonful per liter of lukewarm water) or soap and water (toilet soap).- Dry all the parts.- Plug the refrigerator.- Store the food inside.- Never wash the refrigerator while it is connected to the electrical supply.- Do not use abrasives, solvents, acids or detergents for cleaning.- When cleaning your product do not use alcohol or other abrasive products of cleaning that could generate a premature wearing down to the label identification.- Do not use sharp and/or pointed objects to speed up the defrosting process.- Don’t bang or damage the external components of the refrigeration system (pipes and motor).When stopping to use the refrigerator for a longer period to 15 days, disconnect it, thoroughly cleans it and leave the doors among open so that the product is ventilated and don't keep bad scents generated by the humidity of the foods.

COMO INICIAR EL FUNCIONAMIENTO HOW TO PUT IT INTO OPERATIONConectando el ProductoEstos nuevos modelos poseen un sistema de seguridad cada vez que el artefacto es conectado o cuando suceden cortes imprevistos de fluido eléctrico .Pasos a seguir para poner en funcionamiento por primera vez: a) Conectar (enchufar) el artefacto a la red eléctrica. b) Girar la perilla del panel del control en sentido horario hasta la posición de encendido del piloto verde. c) Esperar cinco minutos para el funcionamiento del artefacto.Conecte el producto girando la perilla. Antes de colocar los alimentos en el refrigerador, déjelo funcionar en vacío durante un período de 2 a 4 horas. En seguida ajuste la temperatura de acuerdo a su preferencia. Funcionamiento Los alimentos en los compartimientos freezer o refrigerador son congelados o refrigerados a través del aire frío. Un evaporador, integrado al sistema Nofrost, enfría el aire dentro del artefacto. El aire frío es puesto en circulación por medio de un motoventilador. La humedad existente en el aire pasa al evaporador. Cuando es necesario, el evaporador descongela automáticamente. El agua resultante del deshielo se encamina a Ia bandeja sobre el compresor, donde se evapora.De esa manera los compartimientos refrigerador y freezer se mantienen sin hielo. Panel de Control . 1. Perilla temperatura AI girar la perilla en sentido horario el artefacto se conecta y girando hacia la izquierda totalmente se desconecta. - Ajuste de Temperatura del Compartimiento Freezer. Para ajustar Ia temperatura más fría, gire Ia perilla ubicada en el panel de control en sentido horario hasta la posición deseada.2. Piloto de encendido y alarma. Compartimientos Freezer y Conservador.El piloto ubicado en el panel de control quedará encendido permanentemente desde que se inicia el funcionamiento del artefacto. Obsv.: En caso de que las puertas quedaran abiertas por más de un minuto, el piloto empezará a centellear lentamente. Una vez corregido el cierre correcto de las puertas, el piloto dejará de centellear. Si el piloto centelleara muy rápidamente significa que la temperatura en el freezer está por debajo de lo graduado.

Control panel1. Temperature Knob Turn the knob rigth to connect the appliance and turn it totally left to disconnect.- Adjusting Freezer Temperature Turn the knob rigth to get cooler temperature.2. Pilot liht and alarm. Freezer and ConservantThe pilot light on control panel will be on permamently while the appliance is working.Obsv.: When the doors remain open more than one minute, the pilot light will blink slowly. It will stop when doors are correctly closed. When the freezer temperature is lower than regulated, the pilot will spark very fast.6 15

UTILIZACIÓN

Este modelo de refrigerador funciona con el sistema“NO FROST” por lo tanto NO es necesario descongelar, éste solo se realiza cada cierto tiempo.Es necesario realizar limpieza general al refrigerador por lo menos 1 vez cada 6 meses. Para esto proceda así:- Coloque la perilla de temperatura en posición apagado.- Desenchufe el refrigerador.- Retire todos los alimentos.- Lave el interior y los accesorios con un paño empapado en solución de bicarbonato de sodio (1 cucharada por cada litro de agua tibia) o agua jabonosa (jabón suave).- Seque todas las partes.- Conecte el refrigerador.- Cargue los alimentos.- Nunca lave el refrigerador cuando esté enchufado.- No utilice para la limpieza, abrasivos, solventes, ácidos o detergentes.- Al limpiar su producto no utilice alcohol u otros productos de limpieza abrasivos que pudiera generar un desgaste prematuro a la etiqueta de identificación- Nunca utilice objetos punzocortante para acelerar el proceso del descongelamiento.- No golpear ni dañar los componentes externos del sistema de refrigeración (tuberías y motor).Al dejar de utilizar el refrigerador por periodo mayor a 15 días, desconéctelo, límpielo a fondo y deje las puertas entreabiertas para que el producto se ventile y no guarde malos olores generados por la humedad de los alimentos.

Ajuste de Ia Temperatura del ConservadorEl ajuste de Ia temperatura del conservador es totalmente automático a través de un sensor con damper mecánico haciendo que la distribución del aire sea uniforme en todos los compartimientos.- Locate the unit in dry place, well away from sources of heat, suchs as stoves, ovens, water heaters, etc; and out of the direct rays of the sun. - Choose a solid, level floor.- Leave free spaces of 10 cm. at each side, 15 cm. at the back and above the unit (see FIG.A).- After placing the refrigerator in its position, wait 30 minutes before connecting it. - The socket outlet must have a electric cable with minimum caliber N° 16 A.W.G.- Make the ground connection following the instructions on the label attached to the back of your refrigerator. - Connect the unit to a socket outlet. Avoid the use of multiple socket outlets. - Is indispensable for your security the line-ground installation, never connect it to telephone lines or gas pipes.

SERVICIO TÉCNICOEn caso de que el refrigerador no funcione o a su juicio funcione irregularmente, antes de llamar al Servicio Técnico revise los siguientes aspectos:- Que el enchufe esté bien conectado.- Que no falte energía eléctrica.- Que no haya un fusible quemado en su casa.- Que el refrigerador esté bien nivelado.- Que el refrigerador no esté muy pegado a la pared.- Que la posición del termostato sea la correcta.- Que la puerta cierre correctamente.Si después de estas comprobaciones no funciona normalmente, contáctese con nuestro Servicio Técnico Autorizado, al que debe informar la naturaleza del desperfecto, el modelo de su refrigerador y el número de serie (ver placa en la parte posterior) además del número de su factura o guía de remisión. - Nunca vuelva a congelar alimentos ya descongelados para evitar riesgos de descomposición.- La fecha de vencimiento de sus alimentos no se modifica por estar congelados.

NOTA:

La mayoría de los cortes de la alimentación se solucionan en uno o dos horas y no afectan a las temperaturas de los frigoríficos. Sin embargo, deberá evitarse abrir las puertas durante los cortes eléctricos. Cuando se produzca cortes prolongados, coloque un bloque de hielo seco sobre los paquetes congelados previamente cubiertos.No guarde botellas en el compartimiento del congelador con bebidas efervescentes, ellas pueden estallar y causar daños a su refrigerador. No guarde alimentos descongelados. Se perdería su sabor y su valor nutritivo. Evitar consumir productos recién extraídos del congelador, ellos podrían causar algún daño debido a su baja temperatura.
