    1 INTRODUCCION

    La coordinacin de Ingeniera Mecnica tiene la responsabilidad de hacer lasespecificaciones, requisiciones y seguimiento de fabricacin de los Hornos deProceso.

    Se debern aplicar los procedimientos generales establecidos en suorganizacin para requisitos de equipos, anlisis de ofertas, compra yseguimiento.

    2 PREPARACION DE ESPECIFICACIONES DE DISEO

    Se deber usar la Especificacin de Ingeniera PDVSA B201PR,

    Calentadores de Fuego Directo.

    3 INFORMACION SOBRE PROCESOS

    La informacin sobre procesos le ser facilitada al Ingeniero de Proyectos por el

    Ingeniero Jefe de Procesos. El Ingeniero Jefe de Procesos deber enviar una

    comunicacin interna al Gerente de Proyectos estableciendo los criterios y

    parmetros de diseo para los calentadores.

    4 DISEO MECANICO DE LOS HORNOS

    El diseo mecnico de los hornos estar a cargo del ingeniero especializado bajo

    la supervisin del Gerente de Proyectos. El especialista deber llenar las Hojas

    de Datos correspondientes a los hornos de proceso. Las Hojas de Datos definen

    claramente las responsabilidades de cada una de las partes involucradas en el

    diseo, fabricacin, inspeccin, suministro y aprobacin de los equipos. Toda

    informacin sobre procesos o cualquier caracterstica mecnica que se necesite

    se deber incluir en las Hojas de Datos. Las caractersticas mecnicas a que esto

    se refiere sern las limitaciones especiales que pueden emerger en un proyecto

    particular tales como, limitaciones del terreno, altura de las chimeneas,

    localizacin de plataforma, normas locales especiales, etc.

    5 REQUISICION DE HORNOS

    La siguiente lista define las responsabilidades del ingeniero especialista bajo ladireccin del Gerente de Proyecto, al efectuar la requisicin de calentadores.

    a. Coordinacin de eventos con el vendedor/fabricante

    b. Completar las Hojas de Datos de acuerdo a los criterios de diseoestablecidos por el Ingeniero Jefe.

    c. Hacer el paquete de requisicin de equipos.

    d. Cuando se hayan recibido las ofertas, se deber preparar su anlisis yrecomendar un fabricante (el anexo HOJAS DE DATOS PARA HORNOS DEPROCESO se puede pegar por el dorso, para comparar las ofertas de losdiferentes fabricantes).

    e. Emisin de la requisicin de compra.

    6 PREPARACION DE LA REQUISICION DE COMPRASe modificar una copia adicional de la requisicin para que sirva como orden decompra. Toda informacin que se hubiera omitido en la requisicin para cotizacinse deber completar en esta oportunidad.
