- INFORMACION ADICIONAL:
o Precio de Venta: Cliente no ha definido precio de venta y se aceptan ofertas, de
preferencia, por el Lote Completo.
o Comisión INEXLINK: 5% respecto del precio final de la transacción. Esta comisión se hace
efectiva una vez que se realice el pago de los ítems comprados al
cliente vendedor.
o Pago por adjudicación: 70% al contado y la diferencia contra confirmación de stock.
o Cantidad: Varios Componentes.
o Condiciones de Entrega: Los componentes serán entregados en la Localidad de Pozo Almonte,
en las instalaciones que el comprador defina para su recepción.
Una vez recibida la notificación de adjudicación, habrá un plazo
máximo de 30 días corridos para cancelar y recibir el stock, de lo
contrario se aplicarán cobros respectivos por almacenamiento.
o Visitas: Dada la situación sanitaria actual, no es posible coordinar visitas.
o Ubicación: Sector Norte de Chile, Iquique (Faena).
o Estado: Sin Uso.
o Selección de Ofertas: Se reciben ofertas hasta el viernes 21 de agosto. Se deben realizar
ofertas, de preferencia por el Lote Completo, ya que a estas ofertas se
les dará prioridad, pero también es factible realizar ofertas parciales
del lote. En caso que su oferta sea pre-seleccionada dentro de una lista
corta, se procederá a realizar un “Due Diligence” que comprende
enviar cierta información de su empresa, tales como, Constitución de
la Sociedad, certificado de vigencia de la sociedad, nombre de socios
y/o directores, entre otros la cual será compartida al cliente para que
sea considerada al momento de la toma de decisión de adjudicación.
o Adjudicación: No se ha definido fecha de adjudicación, por lo que el cliente
vendedor, podrá adjudicar en el momento que estime conveniente
