入学検定料支払方法の案内

1．入学検定料支払い用ページにアクセス

ポータルの入学検定料支払いフォームから、「入学検定料支払い用 URL」の「ここをクリック / Click here」を

クリックしてください。

クリックを行うと、入学検定料支払い用のページが新たに開かれます。（※検定料支払い用ページは、ポータル

とは別の専用システムとなります。）

2．請求先情報の入力

入学検定料支払い用のページが表示されたら、検定料の支払いを行いたい正しい出願者名が表示されている事を

ご確認ください。万が一、誤った志願者名が表示されている場合は、「ポータル」に戻り、最初から操作をやり

直してください。

次に、請求先情報（支払者氏名、メールアドレス、住所、電話番号）を入力します。請求先情報には、支払いに

利用するクレジットカードに登録されている情報を入力してください。

入力が完了したら、「次へ」ボタンをクリックします。

※英語表示に切り替えたい場合は、画面左上の「English Page: Click here」をクリックしてください。

3．入力内容の確認

入力した内容に間違いがないか確認し、「カード決済画面へ」ボタンをクリックしてください。

入力内容を確認し、

4．クレジットカード情報の入力

クレジットカード番号、有効期限、カードコード（セキュリティーコード）を入力します。

クレジットカード番号：スペースやスラッシュなどの記号は入れず、カードに記載されている数字のみを

入力してください。

有効期限：カードに記載されている有効期限を「mmyy（月月年年）」の形式でスラッシュを入れずに入力

してください。

カードコード：カードの裏に記載されている 3 桁または 4 桁の数字を入力してください。

入力が完了したら、「Pay Now」をクリックし、支払いを完了させてください。

※「Pay Now」をクリックすると、クレジットカードからの支払い処理が実行されますので、十分に入力内容を

確認の上、操作を行ってください。

入力が完了したら、「Pay Now」をクリック




5．入学検定料支払い完了

以下の画面が表示されたら、入学検定料支払い完了です。

支払い内容を確認の上、リンクをクリックして、ポータルに戻り出願手続きを進めてください。

本画面は支払い手続きが行われた証明になりますので、画面の印刷やコピーを残しておくことをおすすめいたし

ます。（※支払いが完了すると、入力したメールアドレスにもレシートのコピーが送信されます。）





6．入学検定料支払い確認

ポータルの画面に戻った方は、再度、検定料の支払いを行った入試の出願手続きへ進んでください。

入学検定料支払いフォームを開き、「入学検定料支払い確認」にあるチェックボックス（「入学検定料の支払いが

完了し、支払確認のメールを受信しました。」）にチェックを入れます。

最後に「入力完了」ボタンをクリックし、書類の提出を行ってください。

書類の提出を行うまで、手続きは完了しませんので、確実に提出を行うようご注意ください。

Payment Guide For The Entrance Examination Fee

1．Please Access the Entrance Examination Fee Payment Page

Please click the ‘ここをクリック / Click here’ button beside the ‘URL for payment of the entrance

examination fee’ on the Entrance Examination Fee Payment form from the Portal.

Upon clicking the button, a new Entrance Examination Fee Payment page will open. (※The Examination

Fee Payment page will be on a different system from the Portal.)

2．Entering Your Billing Information

If you would like to change the display to English, please click the ”English Page: Click here" button on

the upper left side of the screen.

To change the display to English, click here




When the Entrance Examination Fee Payment page appears, please make sure that the correct

applicant name is shown. If the incorrect applicant name is shown, please return to the ‘Portal’ and

restart the process.

Then enter your billing information (card holder’s name, e-mail address, billing address, phone number).

Please enter the proper billing information for the card your are using for this payment.

After completing all necessary fields, please click the ‘Next’ button.

To change the display to

Japanese, click here

※Confirm the correct applicant name

After completing all necessary fields,

please click the ‘Next’ button




3. Confirm Billing Information

After confirming that there are no mistakes, please click the ‘Credit Card Payment’ button.

After confirming the entered information,

please click the ‘Credit Card Payment’




4．Entering Your Credit Card Information

Enter your credit card number, expiration date, and card code (security code).

Credit Number: Please enter without any spaces and dashes.

Expiration Date: Please enter the expiration date on your card in ‘mmyy’ format with no slashes.

Card Code: Please input the 3 or 4 security code numbers on the back of the card.

After completing all fields, please click the ‘Pay Now’ button to complete your payment.

※Once you click ‘Pay Now’, the payment process will begin, so please click the button after carefully

confirming the information.

Enter your credit card information

After completing all fields, click the ‘Pay Now’ button




5．Entrance Examination Fee Payment Completed

If the screen below appears, the Entrance Examination Fee Payment has been completed.

This page will serve as proof of payment. Printing or making a copy of this page is recommended.

After confirming the payment information, please click the link to return to the Portal to continue with

the application procedure.

(※A copy of the receipt will also be emailed to you.)

6．Entrance examination fee payment confirmation

Once you have paid the entrance examination fee and returned to the Portal, please proceed with the

application procedures for the entrance examination.

After opening the Entrance Examination Fee Payment form, please check the (‘I have completed the

payment of the entrance examination fee and received the confirmation email.’) box located in ‘Entrance

examination fee payment confirmation’.

Please then click the ‘Input Complete’ button, then submit the documents.

The procedures are complete until the documents have been submitted.
