    TEMPRANILLO

    MERLOT

It belongs to the same family asCabernetA Cabernet franc and cabernet sauvignon. %he name comes from the French diminutiveof merle, probably because of the similarity to blac! plumage.%he merlot varietal wine is characterized by its fineness and softness, while being aromatic, andmeaty. It is intense ruby color, medium and ages graduation #uic!ly without losing #uality. It iscomplemented with +renache well in rac!ing for young wines, and with cabernet sauvignon,tempranillo bubal or parenting.%he merlot is from the Bordeaux region, which is the most widely grown variety. It is mostly used
