perfil general no presenta dominancia (2-2-2-2).

As part of a project to establish the configuration Venezuela styles of thoughts of various
population groups, was studied a sample of 102 Venezuelan educational managers,
consisting of supervisors, directors, assistant directors of schools of primary and secondary
education in the states of Aragua and Guárico. The results confirm the trend of previous

1994).thoughts. in the study sample is particularly noteworthy the strong predominance of
quadrant B (left-limbic) on the other; Additional quadrant score D (right-brain) is the
smallest of the four. Moreover, the single dominance is the most common (51.6%),
followed by the non-dominant quadrant (27.4%). as a group, the overall profile no
dominance (2-2-2-2). According to the theory of total brain HERRMANN (1989), the
configuration found is an obstacle of considerable importance to the development of
effective work management and creative leadership facilitator, so the need to design special
programs for imposing training and performance of the Venezuelan educational manager,
to help overcome the situation found, Key Words, thoughts styles, educational managers,
