OUR HISTORY

Since November of 1994 was initiated the provision of the service of inland

transport of heavy load under the branches located in Pereira and Buenaventura

Transport Company The Nubian Ltda was subsequently preferred the

independence of a social reason itself, thereby initiating the process for the new

company. The society was constituted according public deed No. 3,173 of the

Notary first of the city of Pereira, on July 27th of 2,001 , with the reason social

Interandine de Transporte, S.A.

In the process to be followed before the Ministry of Transport for the acquisition of

the license, the question was posed as to whether the chosen social reason

already existed for another company, to which there was a negative response,

which is why began the necessary steps to obtain license. Only until august of

2,002 operations were launched, making use of the right granted by the Ministry of

Transport Regional Risaralda, according to license No. 0119 of October 31 of

2,001 .

Two months after working with the new corporate name, received a

communication from the signature Inantra S.A. , where his lawyer claimed that he

was using his reason social, which they were 30 years ago, and for this reason

should be to make an immediate change in the same, and is thus made a social

reform with write No. 4,118 of the Notary first of the city of Pereira, the day 26 of

September of 2,002 , well himself became the respective process at the Ministry of

Transport and enabled again the company with license No. 0214 of October 28 of

2,002 ) Finally, the day 1 november 2,002 , activities were initiated as the company

Charging Interandine S.A.

The operation was launched with the agencies of Pereira and Buenaventura, la

nacion after the agencies of Bogota and Cartagena, followed by Cali,

Dosquebradas, Chinchin, Santa Marta and Medelln. It is now an account with

administrative headquarters in the city of Pereira and operating branches in the

cities of Bogota, Medellin, Cali, Cartagena, Buenaventura, Barranquilla, Santa

Marta, Neiva and Dosquebradas.
