    BUSINESS CHALLENGES

There is massive Global Demand for core product in developing countries

How do we penetrate markets in Africa, Asia, Middle East, Latin America?

How can we fund continuous R&D?

How do we grow the business to be credible enough to penetrate these

    markets? We need

To expand the team and skill base

Engineering, Marketing, Finance and Support Functions

Secure funding for trials and pilot projects. How can we achieve this

with low bank lending and support?

We currently have a cash burn rate up to $60k/month i.e. $2k per day

Equity Investments? We have received iHPSU funding from

Enterprise Ireland, investment from Simple.ie a Green BES

    Fund and from Kernel Capital

Bank Debt? Difficult in the current climate.

Organic Growth? Not a viable option.

Managing Business Alliances: both on the revenue side i.e.JVs and on the supply chain side. Delays in meeting specified

deliverables e.g. supply chain bottlenecks will attract penalties

We need to mitigate risk. Any suggestions?

Sell the company to multinational or large organisation?

    Should we??

THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND ATTENTION. WE LOOK

    FORWARD TO REVIEWING YOUR FEEDBACK.
