GUÍA DE FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL MÓDULO
POSICIONADOR FX3U-20SSC-H
SOFTWARE Y HARDWARE:
Se ha utilizado el siguiente hardware:
1.- FX3U-16MT (autómata PLC)
1.- FX3U-20SSC-H (módulo posicionador en bus SSCNET-III)
2.- MR-J3-B (servocontrolador con comunicación SSCNET-III F.O.)
Y software: GX IEC Developer, FX Configurator FP y Setup221E.

ESPECIFICACIONES:
ello, ir a menú “Online” “Write to module” + “Flash rom write”.
2.- LÍMITES DE CARRERA:
Se pueden utilizar los siguientes:
* POSICIONADORA: Los bits 2 y 3 del BFM# 518/618 son los que
“Signal selection” “0: Use signal via FX3U(c)”. Sólo los de la posicionadora.
“1: Use signal via FX3U(c) and servo amp.” Los de la
posicionadora y el servo.

3.- BFM #:
parameters” “Extension setting parameters” “Function selection C-4. OPR set
condition selectiorn” “1: not needed to pass motor Z-phase after the power suply
isswitched on”.

7.- COMANDO STOP:
for remaining travel distance”.

POSICIONANDO:

Bit 12 BFM#518 / 618 a OFF (Change command in operation disabled)
BFM# 512-3 / 612-3 (Valor velocidad nueva).
Bit 13 BFM# 518 / 618 a ON (Speed change command in positioning)
Bit 12 BFM# 518 / 618 a OFF (Change command in operation disable)
BFM# 514-5 / 614-5 (Valor nueva dirección)
BFM# 516-7 / 616-7 (Valor nueva velocidad)
Bit 14 BFM# 518 / 618 a ON (Target position change command in positioning operation)
