CONCEPTUALIZACIÓN

PROGRESSIVE PRESENT TENSE

Este tiempo expresa una actividad que está sucediendo en el momento.

Se forma con el sujeto o pronombre personal + el verbo TO BE + el verbo principal conjugado con la

terminación ing + el complemento de la oración.

La terminación -ing significa –ando, -endo en español

Example

She is studying English. Ella está estudiando inglés.

He is cleaning the windows. Él está limpiando las ventanas.

Para responder a las preguntas en presente progresivo usamos Yes/No

Questions. Example:

1. Are you studying English? Yes, I am. / No, I am not.

2. Is she cleaning the doors? Yes, she is. / No, she isn´t.

POSSESSIVE ADJECTIVES: There is a corresponding possessive adjective

for each personal pronoun. Observe la tabla de los pronombres personales con el
