Saving Results

Store Results: After the

results are stopped, press

the store key on the keypad

to automatically store

results. The results storage

file is automatically named.

The user may rename the

file by going to the results

folder.


Managing Results Results can be managed via the Reveal MTX PC software.

Print results through your PC

Custom test reports can be created

PDF files can be generated from any results files or reports


Creating Reports Reports can be created from RFC 2544 results

files (or any other type of results files) stored on the

MX100 through the Reveal MX PC software

Create Reports: After

connecting to the MX100

test set and downloading the

results files to the PC

through Reveal MX, go to

the Create Reports menu to create test reports.


Creating Reports (2)

Existing reports will

appear on the screen.

To create a new report

click on New Report.


Create Reports (3) Clicking on New Report (previous slide) brings up this

screen with three tabs

to configure; File

Selection, Report

Details, and

Comments

Click on Select Files to add one or more

results files to the

report.


Create Reports (4)

Clicking on Select Files (previous slide) brings up the screen

that contains all of

the available results

files. These are all the

files that have been

downloaded from the

MX100.

Select the files that

will be included in the

report. It can be a

single or multiple

files.

Click on Add Files to Report to add the selected files above to

the test report.


Create Reports (5) Clicking on Add Files to Report (previous slide) changes the

screen back to the

File Selection tab.

In this screen the

selected results files

are shown in the

order that they were

selected.

To change the order

of how the files are

reported in the report

click on the order field box and input

the corresponding

number for 1st, 2nd,

etc.

Click on Next or on the Report Details tab to continue.


Create Reports (6) En la tabla de detalles de

reporte la siguiente

informacion es requerida:

Titulo de reporteReport

title, name of the company

that carried out the tests,

name of the company that

the report is for,

department name that

carried out the tests, name

of the engineer/technician

that carried out the test,

and a job number.

Company logos may also

be added to the report. The

logos will appear on the

reports header section.

These details can be

entered from an existing

report as well. In this

example we show the

details entered manually. Click on Next or on the Comments tab to continue.


Create Reports (7) In the Comments tab,

the user is allowed to

enter any comments

relevant to the report.

These comments will

appear in a section of

the report.

When the user is

satisfied with all the

information entered

in the File Section,

Report Details, and

Comments tab, the

report can be created.

Click on Create Report to generate the test report.


Create Reports (8)

Clicking on Create Report will bring up the Save As window.

The file name field is

automatically populated

with the reports title.

The report will be saved

in the Reports folder of the My VeEx Files folder on the PC.


Create Reports (9)

After the report file is

named and saved the

screen automatically

goes to the Existing

Report tab.

The report that was just

created appears at the

top of the list.

The user can now

generate a PDF file out

of this report to deliver

to the end customer.
