1. Cambios relevantes de contenido: ‐ Permanecen las tecnologías.‐ Aplicaciones a los Retos Sociales.‐ FET a ciencia Excelente.

2. Mayor enfoque hacia la innovación (Acciones de Innovación, PCP/PPI, Premios, Instrumento PYME..) pero sin olvidar la I+D.
