GENERAL RULES FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION

Last day of registration: November 26, 2014.

All participants must come to the registration desk to verify that he/she appears registered in the conference and sign the registration form. The conference will begin on time.

Registration is closed 30 minutes after starting the conference.

To make improvements or changes to the Continuing Education program it is essential to answer the evaluation sheet and at the return it at the end of the conference.

We reserve the right of admission.

It is required to present a photo ID to register for the conference.

The participant must be physically present until speaker finishes his presentation.

In case you have an emergency on the day of the activity that prevents you to attend.

Cancellations or changes must be made on or before November 26, 2014 to receive the 80% of the total payment. The remaining 20% will be used for administrative expenses. After November 26, 2014 no refund requests will be accepted for NOT attending educational activities.

Childrens or companions are not allowed in the conference.

The use of cell phones in the conference is prohibited.

Certificates (hard copy) will be sent by mail three (3) to four (4) weeks after the conference.
