Para estimar el modelo VAR (p) para 2 variables, se usara la función de
importaciones keynesiana:

PIB= Producto Interno Bruto expresado en millones $
Para la estimación del modelo se aplicara EViews, los datos históricos de las
variables elegidas se recabaron de la página:

INTERPRETACION R CUADRADO: el r cuadrado explica la bondad de ajuste de las
variables importaciones y el PIB las cuales son altamente significativas, por lo cual el
modelo explica el 97,50 % y el 98, 60% de la variación total de las variables de estudio.
PRO F ESTADISTIC: EL MODELO para la variable IMPORTACIONES no es significativo
porque tiene un valor mayo a cero de 489,1506.
PRO F ESTADISTIC: EL MODELO para la variable PIB no es significativo porque tiene un

INTERPRETACIONES
Observando los gráficos de Impulso – respuesta se puede observar que no existe
efecto ninguno de ninguna de las variables, ni al pasado de la otra variable.
Basándonos en la teoría económica esto no significa que sea así en la realidad, ya
que no todos los modelos son VAR.
1: cuadro de la variable IMPORTACIONES en función a las IMPORTACIONES =
Como responde LAS IMPORTACIONES a la variación de las IMPORTACIONES
para ahora y para el futuro responde con una evolución decreciente que tiende a
cero y posteriormente es creciente y responde al pasado de sus mismo rezagos.
2: cuadro de la variable importaciones en función al PIB presenta una evolución
decreciente q tiende a cero por lo cual las IMPORTACIONES no responde a las
variaciones del PIB.
3: cuadro de la variable PIB en función de las importaciones presenta una evolución
decreciente que tiende a cero por lo cual no explica la variación de las
IMPORTACIONES..
4: cuadro de la variable PIB en función al PIB presenta una evolución creciente, es
decir la variable si responde las variaciones en el tiempo de si misma.

INTERPRETACION
Lo que se espera que es cada variable sea causada por otra variable o cause a
alguna variable. Si esto no sucede, la variable se considera como exógena.
El modelo de importaciones se considera que la variable IMPORTACIONES no
depende del PIB es decir se la considera que el PIB es exógena al modelo de
importaciones KEYNESIANA.
COINTEGRACION
Para verificar cointegración se usa Johansen. En Eviews se abre como grupo a
todas las variables, y luego se aplica:

INTERPRETACION
A un nivel de significancia del 95% de confianza la variable TC tiene significancia
con respecto a su mismo resago, mas no con respecto a los demás, la variable IPC
tiene significancia con respecto a su mismo rezago, mas no a los demás,la variable
AC tiene significancia con respecto a su mismo rezago, mas no con respecto a los
demás, la variable INF no tiene significancia.
Interpretación DEL VAR
AKAIKE: Se debe aplicar AKAIKE con el modelo linear con un rezago
SCHWARZ: Se debe aplicar SCHWARZ con el modelo linear con dos
rezagos
Por tanto se aplicara SCHWARZ con el modelo linear con dos rezagos.
INTERPRETACION R CUADRADO: el r cuadrado explica la bondad de ajuste de
las variables importaciones y el PIB las cuales son altamente significativas, por lo
cual el modelo explica el 97,93 para el TC, 66,12% para la inflación, 91,07% de la
variable de apertura comercial y 99,92 del IPC de la variación total de las variables
de estudio.
El TC no muestra dependencia respecto a su pasado, al pasado de la apertura
comercial, al pasado de la inflación.
El PIB tampoco tiene dependencia respecto a su pasado ni al de otras variables.
La Apertura Comercial muestra dependencia respecto a su propio pasado, al
pasado del Tipo de Cambio y la constante, también se puede ver claramente que
no tiene relación con la Inflación.
La Inflación muestra dependencia respecto a su misma variable, a la apertura
comercial, inflación.

FUNCION IMPLUSO-RESPUESTA
Observando los gráficos de Impulso – respuesta se puede observar que no existe
efecto ninguno en ningunas de las variables, ni respecto a su pasado de si mismas
ni al pasado de la otra variable.
Basándonos en la teoría económica esto no significa que sea así en la realidad, ya
que no todos los modelos son VAR.

INTERPRETACION
Según la causalidad de Granger se puede observar que Tipo de Cambio no
depende de la Inflación, la apertura comercial y el Índice de Precios al Consumidor.
Por lo cual necesita corrección del modelo.

cointegración en ambas pruebas. En el MODELO de PASS – TROUGH no aparece
ningún VEC.
Otro paso es verificar las tablas inferiores de johansen, para conocer cuántos
rezagos se tiene según akaike y schwarz.
Según el criterio de AKAIKE presenta el modelo 1 rezago.

INTERPRETACION:
INTERPRETACION R CUADRADO: el r cuadrado explica la bondad de ajuste de
las variables importaciones y el PIB las cuales son altamente significativas, por lo
cual el modelo explica el 11,97 para el TC, 26,79% para la inflación, 27,87% de la
variable de apertura comercial y 57,78 del IPC de la variación total de las variables
de estudio.
El TC no muestra dependencia respecto a su pasado, al pasado de la apertura
comercial, al pasado de la inflación.
El PIB tampoco tiene dependencia respecto a su pasado ni al de otras variables.
La Apertura Comercial muestra dependencia respecto a su propio pasado, al
pasado del Tipo de Cambio y la constante, también se puede ver claramente que
no tiene relación con la Inflación.
La Inflación muestra dependencia respecto a su misma variable, a la apertura
comercial, inflación.
