Frequenzbänder
• Basierend auf Erfahrung werden oft bestimmter Frequenzabschnitte („Bänder“) unterschieden,z.B. EEG (Beispiel, nicht standardisiert):
– Delta: 0.1-4Hz (vorherrschend im Tiefschlaf)
– Theta: 4-8Hz („Daydreaming“, Schläfrigkeit)
– Alpha: 8-12Hz (Wach in Ruhe)
– Sigma: 12-16Hz (Schlafspindeln)
– Beta: 16-36Hz (kognitive Aktivität)
– Gamma: >36Hz (komplexe kognitive Aktivität, Lernen)
