Consolidate, review and validate the proposedLPRAPs submitted by LPRATs
-In cases where agencies do not have existingprograms or projects that would cater to proposedprojects, the RPRAT shall recommend to theconcerned Agency Central Office (ACO) and to theHDPRC the creation of new programs under
specific agencies to address such a demand,provided that the proposed projects are inconformity with Section 5.2.8 and 5.2.10.

- If a project is not accepted by the RPRAT, theRPRAT must meet with the duly authorized LPRATrepresentative to clarify, modify or replace therejected project. The LPRAT must then submit its
modified proposal to the RPRAT within aprescribed period determined by the RPRAT.
- The RPRAT must ensure that previously rejected
projects are finally settled/replaced beforesubmission to NAPC and the RegionalDevelopment Council (RDC).
