for State acceptance and to obtain the operation permit. • Tracking Contractor’s fulfillment of the requirements to obtain Project’s performance

acceptance, particularly the completion of the Acceptance Tests Program, including Inspection and Test Plan documents completeness.

• Lead the registration of high risk equipment with the state agency or licensed body, as required, to support Project Completion.

Upon project take over (EPC Contract termination): • Assist in the development of Maritza Project Mitigation Plan. • Manage the work of the Resident Engineer (WorleyParsons Bulgaria) to ensure timely

execution and accomplishment of their activities to support the Mitigation Plan schedule. • Lead the works to modify the Project Construction Permit introducing the staged
