La historia puede sonar a ya conocida peroes nueva. Visitas un lugar y te enamoras deél. Y quisieras no dejarlo nunca y no sóloeso, quisieras que todo el mundo loconociera y tuviera la oportunidad,también, de enamorarse.Y de repente (un repente largo de cuatroaños) ahí está un hotel diferente, unrestaurante con comida de verdad, unanaturaleza que corta la respiración (esa ya estaba) y algunos espacios singularespreparados para ser el escenario de muybuenos momentos. ¿Te animas a descubrirlo?

The story may sound familiar, but it is new.You visit somewhere and you fall in love.And you never want to leave, and not onlythis; you want everyone to be able to fall in love with this somewhere. And suddenly (a long suddenly lasting some four years)there it is: a different hotel, a restaurantwith food the way it should taste, abreathtaking and dramatic landscape (OK; that was always there!), and a host ofsecret places just waiting to be discovered.Do you dare to discover it too?


Lobby-bar. Nunca imaginamos ser recibidos en un lugarasí. Un baño de luz intensamente naranja en la entradaayuda a dejar atrás todo el estrés de la ciudad. El lobbyes sobretodo un impacto visual que ofrece las primeraspistas de nuestra propuesta y es también un bar deestética profundamente radical. Al llegar a los clientesles espera un te frío o caliente dependiendo de la épocao una copa que son la primera invitación a dejarse llevary a relajarse.

KUBES. Una habitación puede ser todo un universo. Labañera excavada en el suelo de pizarra negra. Una paredque es una ventana a las vistas más espectaculares, unachimenea colgante y toda la energía positiva para ser elescenario perfecto para el momento más especial. Y lasmás alucinantes puestas de sol. 10 habitaciones condiferentes orientaciones. 36m2. Edificio cúbico totalmenteindependiente (excepto las dos últimas habitaciones queestán unidas y pueden ser compartidas por familiares oamigos). Chimenea. WI-FI. Restaurante/Cocina.Recuperar la esencia. Separado delpatio por tres imponentes paredes de cristal, el restaurantequizá sea nuestro espacio favorito. 44m2. 30 comensales.Un techo de vigas de madera como el de un antiguocobertizo del que penden lámparas que como hojasenredándose caen sobre nosotros. Haya maciza en lasmesas. Y una espectacular bancada de hierro. Música defondo algunas veces pero otras únicamente el suave sonidode las conversaciones que se entrelazan.

Y la cocina. El templo de nuestros cocineros, pero tambiénun lugar de paso al comedor (¡como nos gusta observar eltrabajo de los que cocinan!). Y una mesa en la que poderdesayunar en días especiales y una nevera abierta a losclientes que llegan cuando los cocineros están descansando.

El garage. ¡Viva lo ecléctico!. Nuestro espacio más versátil.Una gran sala diáfana de 60 m2. Un lugar único presididopor una gran chimenea de hierro. Con toda la energíacreativa que se genera en esos espacios tipo “garaje” enlos que la decoración es completamente ecléctica ydecididamente personal. El único espacio para fumadoresdel hotel.



Sala Playground. Las reuniones no tienen porque seraburridas. Sala multifuncional. El lugar idóneo para realizarreuniones de trabajo pero también el lugar en el que poderdisfrutar de los más apasionantes momentos de ocio. Conluz natural y los últimos avances tecnológicos necesarios:proyector, televisión, satélite y WI-FI.

Biblioteca. Enamorados de una chimenea. Siempre intuimosque sería el corazón de la casa. Y es que a quien no leapetece sentarse en un Chester de piel gastada, acomodarsemientras la inmensa chimenea demuestra toda su potencia.17m2. Pieza central del casalicio. Pared de piedra. Techosde más de cinco metros de altura. Biblioteca de hierro deinspiración Decó. Gran chimenea. Lámparas antiguas. Ellugar ideal para leer un libro o revista interesante o tomarseuna copa de oporto y charlar con los amigos.

Piscina y espacios exteriores. El recuerdo de un bañoindescriptiblemente mágico. Con un espíritu de estanque, lapiscina es un agujero escarbado en la roca, relleno de aguay orientado a las mejores vistas del lugar. Nuestro proyectoha preservado al máximo la vegetación, árboles, muros depiedra, lindares, barbacoas y caminos. Las carrascas,encinas, pinos, olivos y sobre todo el romero, el tomillo y lasalvia que aromatizan los paseos. Una escalera tras la piscinaes la puerta a un fascinante paseo, entre árboles y lanaturaleza más salvaje, a singulares terrazas en las quesentarse a reflexionar o simplemente perderse un rato.

The restaurant and the kitchen. Rediscovering the essence. Separated fromthe patio area by three large glass windows, the restaurant is probably ourfavourite space. It is 44m2 and seats 30 people. Wooden beams with lampsthat fall and twist like Ivy. The natural theme is continued with the woodentables and is broken with a spectacular iron pew. Musica plays softly in thebackground sometimes; while at other times all that can be heard is thesound of relaxed conversation.The kitchen is the temple belonging to our chefs, but also the only way to accessthe restaurant from indoors (how we like to watch fresh food being preparedbefore our eyes!). There is also a brunch table which is opened on special daysand a fridge which is open to clients even when the chefs are resting.The garage. Weird and wonderful. Definitely our most versatile space. It isa large room of some 60m2. A unique room with a huge iron chimney asprotagonist. Eclectic and highly decorative style throughout. This is the onlyroom where smoking is permitted in the hotel. The playground. Meetings can be fun! This room offers many differentpossibilities. It is, for example, the ideal place to set up a business meeting orsmall conference; it is flooded with natural light and has all the mod-consnecessary for your event: projector, satellite TV and wi-fi. It also serves as a loungein which to surf the net, listen to music or even set up your own DJ sessions! The library. In love with a chimney We always knew that this would be one ofthe most popular rooms in the house! After all, who can resist snuggling up inan antique Chester sofa in front of a roaring open fire? Stone wall, high ceilings,wrought iron deco library shelves. Huge open fire, antique lamps. The idealhiding place in which to read a book or relax with friends over a glass of port.Swimming pool and outdoor areas. The memory of a magic bath. This is apool with the soul of a pond. It has been drilled out of the rock face takingadvantage of the best panoramic views the hotel has to offer. We havepreserved the natural flora and fauna as much as possible within the hotelgrounds. As you wander around you will see oak trees, pine trees, olive treesas well as wild rosemary, thyme and sage that perfume the natural paths.A secret stairway tucked away behind the swimming pool brings you downthrough overgrown paths and trees to the terraces where you can sit andreflect in tranquillity.



La ermita. Sin palabras. La ermita no esestrictamente un espacio del hotel, peromarca con su imponente silueta cualquierrincón del mismo. Y como no,recomendamos a todos nuestros huéspedesdestinar cinco minutos a su profundaobservación. La ermita actual es unareconstrucción de la ermita original delsiglo XIV realizada en la primera mitad delsiglo XVIII, con el atrio datado de 1731.The ermita. SpeechlessThe “Ermita” is strictly not a space, but thesource of our inspiration and the focal pointof our hotel. We ask our guests tocontemplate it for a few minutes duringtheir stay.The Ermita was constructed in the 18thCentury and was a reproduction of theoriginal Ermita built in the 14th Century . It was extended in 1773 and again in 1903.
