Catalog from the exhibition "El Arbol del Ritmo, Cajón Peruano", co-curated by Maciej Dekert, a Spanish independent photographer, and David Flores-Hora, Peruvian curator. It wasdisplayed at the Cultural Center of Spain in Lima, Perú and held by the Spanish Embassy and AECID, the Spanish Agency for International Coopreation and Development as a paralell activity from the Festival Internacional de Cajón, organized by musician and researcher Rafael Santa Cruz.. It was a collective, monographic and interactive show that counted on photography, multimedia, street art interventions, instalations and an opening performance, all of them with the Afroperuvian Cajón asthe spining axe.TRANSCRIPT
