EL PROGRAMA

Garantizar viviendas cálidas que procuren bienestar a las zonas rurales de Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador y Perú resulta más necesario, sobre todo, en tiempos de cambio climático. Por ello, es importante dar el siguiente paso: (re)mirar el entorno y considerar espacios donde converjan paisajes, servicios básicos y sistemas productivos locales bajo un enfoque integral de tecnologías energéticas renovables y aplicación de medidas eficientes de energía. Todo para contribuir a mejorar la salud familiar, la educación, promover la igualdad y generar más oportunidades de aumento de ingresos económicos. De esta manera, AEA sabe que promover desarrollo en el hábitat rural, puede asegurar una vida digna para las familias que viven en las zonas más alejadas de la región Andina.

Ensuring warm homes that seek to improve human well-being in rural areas of Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru is increasingly necessary, especially, in times of climate change. So, it is important to take the next step: observe the environment and consider spaces where landscapes, basic services and local

production systems converge under a comprehensive approach that includes both, renewable energy technologies and the implementation of energy efficient

measures. All this to help improve family health, education, social equity and to generate more opportunities to increase income.

Therefore, EEP knows that by promoting the development of rural habitat, it can secure a decent life for families living in the most remote areas of the Andes.

Ofrecer ambientes cálidos y saludables a las familias de las comunidades de Guano y Pujilí que ayuden a reducir enfermedades respiratorias y oculares , así como reducir el uso de leña para la cocción de alimentos y el impacto en el bosque por la reducción de gases de efecto invernadero (GEI), fue la consigna que buscó el proyecto “Cocinas Mejoradas”, ejecutado por la Agencia Adventista de Desarrollo y Recursos Asistenciales (ADRA) que, luego de un año y un poco más, finaliza su ejecución logrando instalar 800 cocinas de dos hornillas en la provincia de Cotopaxi. +INFO

After a bit more than a year the Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA), finishing the installation of 800 two burner stoves in the province of Cotopaxi. The aim of the project is to offer a warm and healthy environment for families and communities of Pujilí and Guano. The aim of the demonstrative project was to help reducing respiratory infections and eye diseases, and at the same time reduce the use of firewood for cooking and its impact on forest reduction and reduce GHG emissions. +INFO

Nuevos especialistas para mantenimiento de paneles solares en las escuelas del Páramo ecuatoriano

Luego de haber culminado una intensa capacitación en mantenimiento y funcionamiento de termas solares en las escuelas de Chimborazo, Cotopaxi y Bolívar, 57 especialistas se graduaron el pasado 20 de septiembre, gracias al proyecto “Energía Renovable para Escuelas y Centros Comunitarios del Páramo Andino”, ejecutado por el Fondo Ecuatoriano Populorum Progressio

Cangalli-Pichacani y Pucarapata son dos comunidades peruanas que han trabajado en el mejoramiento de la crianza de alpaca para obtener una mejor calidad de su fibra. magistrales con la presentación Energía Renovable y Eficiencia Energética para mejorar el hábitat e incrementar el desarrollo productivo en las zonas rurales de la región Andina, en la que destacó la importancia de promover el

desarrollo del hábitat rural y la productividad de los países de Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador y Perú dirigida, sobre todo, a las poblaciones más vulnerables que carecen de acceso energético. +INFO
