En el laboratorio se desarrolla numerosas funciones, desde actividades de investigación a las de apoyo al Estudio Técnico y a la Producción, relacionadas con la definición de la calidad. Concretamente, realiza todos los análisis químicos, mecánicos y las pruebas en los materiales que entran, para garantizar las normas cualitativas de producción, y lleva a cabo la inspección y cualquier otra comprobación necesaria a partir del prototipo hasta el producto acabado.

The Laboratory performs various functions ranging from research to support activities for both the Technical Office and the Production Dept. required for the definition of quality standards.In particular, the Laboratory conducts all the chemical and mechanical analyses and incoming material tests in order to ensure the highest production standards, while also performing final testing and all the other checks necessary, from those on the prototype to the inspection of the finished product.

El Estudio Técnico se ocupa de las fases cruciales del diseño, con la colaboración exclusiva de técnicos internos de la empresa. El trabajo del Estudio Técnico está estrechamente relacionado con el del Laboratorio; a través del ciclo Mecanizado-Moldes-Producto sienta las bases para una producción controlada y de enorme precisión. Opera con la máxima seguridad gracias a la ayuda de sistemas CAD-CAM y máquinas de control digital para la realización de equipos especiales y moldes.

The Technical Office is in charge of the crucial phases of design assigned exclusively to the company's own technicians. The Technical Office works in close contact with the Laboratory, lays the foundations for careful control and precision during production through the "Tooling-Moulds-Product" cycle, and works in the greatest safety with the use of CAD-CAM systems and numeric control machines for the development of special equipment and moulds.

"At the end of each durability test, we check the door settling with respect to dimensions x and y (see drawing B) according to the regulation in forceEN 1925. The test is considered passed only if the door settling is within the parameter indicated by the diagram drawing A.At the end of the 200.000 cycle tests all our hinges showed a maximal settling, which are within the diagram parameter.

"Al final de cada una de las pruebas de durabilidad comprobamos la estabilidad dimensional de la puerta en los ejes x e y (ver la figura B) conforme a la regulación en vigor EN 1925. La prueba se considera superada solo si la estabilidad dimensional de la puerta se encuentra dentro del parámetro indicado por el diagrama de la figura A. Al final del ciclo de 200.000 pruebas, todas nuestras bisagras presentan una estabilidad dimensional máxima que se encuentra dentro de los parámetros del diagrama.

CONSEJO:Al evaluar el peso máximo de la puerta en relación con la capacidad de carga máxima de nuestras bisagras, es muy importante tener en cuenta que esta se da no solo considerando el peso de la puerta, sino también otros factores, como por ejemplo la posición del pomo, la frecuencia de uso, el uso por parte de niños pequeños, etc..

Conforme a las pruebas que realizamos y nuestros comentarios sobre la capacidad de carga de las bisagras, aconsejamos dos maneras de utilizar las bisagras: pueden instalarse 2 o 3 bisagras en la puerta teniendo en cuenta un intereje mínimo de 1.500 mm entre las bisagras y una anchura de la puerta entre 600 mm y 1.200 mm.

ADVICE: On evaluating the max. door weight with respect to the loading capacity of our hinges, it is important to take into account, that the hinges loading capacity is given not only by the door weight, but also by other factors such as the handle position, the use frequency, the use from childern a.s.o.

According to the tests we made and our remarks on the hinges loading capacity, we suggest you two ways of using the hinges, that is with the application of 2 or 3 hinges on the door, by considering a min. interaxis of 1500 mm between the hinges and the door width varying from 600 mm to 1200 mm.

"At the end of each durability test, we check the door settling with respect to dimensions x and y (see drawing B) according to the regulation in forceEN 1925. The test is considered passed only if the door settling is within the parameter indicated by the diagram drawing A.At the end of the 200.000 cycle tests all our hinges showed a maximal settling, which are within the diagram parameter.

"Al final de cada una de las pruebas de durabilidad comprobamos la estabilidad dimensional de la puerta en los ejes x e y (ver la figura B) conforme a la regulación en vigor EN 1925. La prueba se considera superada solo si la estabilidad dimensional de la puerta se encuentra dentro del parámetro indicado por el diagrama de la figura A. Al final del ciclo de 200.000 pruebas, todas nuestras bisagras presentan una estabilidad dimensional máxima que se encuentra dentro de los parámetros del diagrama.

CAPACIDAD DE CARGA DE LAS BISAGRAS:

Todas nuestras bisagras cumplen con el estándar de la norma europea EN 1935.
