WHEN TO USE IT

The Sinker Bar Weatherford-Anbert is manufactured from AISI 1045 (APIGrade 1) steel and it comes provided with APIthreaded ends, wrench flats foradjustment and one end with neck for standard sucker rods elevator. For itsmake-up, you must use the same make-up torque as the API sucker rods,accordingwith the threaded pin size.

Higher efficiency of the subsurface pump when additional weight isrequiredin thesucker rod string.Reduction of the buckling and bending of the sucker rod string, whichreduces thewearof sucker rods couplingsand tubing.Lower strenght onthes ucker rodstring.Smoother cyclepumping work.Reduction of the undesirablevibrations of the pump.

To achieve a higher efficiency of pumping it is recommended to usesinker barsespecially when:

Apump of great diameter is being used.Heavy oil is being pumped.

An deviated, with dog legs or horizontal well, is being pumped.When it is necessary to decrease to the maximum the compression of therods in the lower part of thesucker rodstring.

Las Barras de Peso Weatherford - Anbert son fabricadas en acero AISI 1045(Grado 1 del API) y vienen provistas de extremos roscados API, planos parallaves de ajuste y un extremo con cuello para elevador de varillas normales.Para su ajuste, se utiliza el mismo torque de ajuste que el de una Varilla API,segnel tamaode rosca.

Aumento de la eficiencia de la bomba cuando se requiere peso adicionalen la sartade varillas.Reduccin del pandeo y flexin de la sarta de varillas y disminucin deldesgastede cuplasde varillas y tubera deproduccin.Reduccindel rango de tensin en la sarta devarillas debombeo.Suavizado en el accionar de la bombaen el ciclo detrabajo.Reduccin de vibraciones indeseables de la bomba.

Se est utilizandounabombadegrandimetro.Se estbombeandopetrleo pesado.Se est bombeandoun pozo inclinado, conpatas deperrou horizontal.Se quiere reducir al mximo la compresin de las varillas en la parteinferior dela sartade bombeo.
