1.- CONSIDERACIONES PREVIAS

En el presente proyecto, tal y como indica la compañía EMACSA, se ha resuelto el saneamiento mediante red separativa para aguas residuales y pluviales.

En cuanto a la red de aguas residuales, el trazado de la red que dará servicio a la unidad de ejecución se proyecta con un único punto de vertido, siendo éste un colector de aguas residuales perteneciente al Plan Especial de Infraestructuras. Dicho colector discurre por el margen sureste de la unidad de ejecución.

El vertido de la red de aguas pluviales se realizará directamente al arroyo “Los Padrillos”. Se prevé la canalización específica de las aguas pluviales que recoge una vaguada existente que recorre el este del ámbito de la UE, atendiendo en todo momento la normativa de la Confederación Hidrográfica del Guadalquivir.

2.- NORMATIVA DE APLICACIÓN

Para el diseño de la red se ha tenido en cuenta, en primer lugar, la normativa y prescripciones técnicas de las normas vigentes, además de las siguientes normativas, reglamentos y publicaciones:

• Normas de Alcantarillado NE NT 002 de EMACSA.

• Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas Generales para Tuberías de Saneamiento de Poblaciones.

• Normativa de la Confederación Hidrográfica del Guadalquivir.

3.- CAUDALES DE CÁLCULO

3.1.- RED DE AGUAS RESIDUALES

Los caudales evacuados por la red de saneamiento de aguas residuales se corresponden en valor con los aportados por la red de abastecimiento.

Considerando los valores expuestos en el anejo nº 1 de red de abastecimiento de agua, resulta:

4 hab/viv x 400 L/hab·día = 1.600 L/día·viv = 0,018 L/s por acometida.

3.2.- RED DE AGUAS PLUVIALES

Para el cálculo de las aguas pluviales, se ha estimado un valor de periodo de retorno de 25 años, según las recomendaciones de la normativa para pequeñas cuencas urbanas.

A partir de las curvas de Intensidad Duración Frecuenta (curvas IDF), se ha obtenido un valor de intensidad de lluvia de 40 mm/h. El coeficiente de escorrentía se ha estimado en 0,8.

4.- CRITERIOS DE ADOPCIÓN

Los criterios admitidos por EMACSA para la adopción de la red, y los que se han considerado para el diseño del presente proyecto son:

Red de tipo separativa.

Evacuación de residuos por gravedad, salvo en tramos puntuales donde es necesario efectuar bombeo.

Características de la red

• La red de alcantarillado discurre por terrenos públicos, en nuestro caso lo hace por viales.

• Las canalizaciones se instalarán a ambos lados del eje de la calle (red de aguas pluviales y red de aguas residuales) y a una separación en planta del eje de 1 m, salvo en el caso de la antigua carretera N-431 que lo hacen bajo acerado.

• Los pozos de registro se situarán a una distancia máxima de 50 m y en cambios de alineaciones, cambios de sección, cambios de rasante, conexión a ramales y conexión de acometidas de vertido.

• Los pozos de caída se ejecutarán cuando la embocadura de entrada y salida de la canalización se realice a cotas diferentes.

5.- PARÁMETROS DE CÁLCULO

La limitación de la velocidad de circulación del agua viene determinada por la erosión que pueden causar altas velocidades.

Las velocidades máximas en aguas residuales no serán superiores a 3 m/s para el máximo caudal.

Las aguas pluviales pueden alcanzar velocidades superiores, aunque sin superar el límite de 6 m/s.

La adopción de velocidades mínimas viene determinada por la necesidad de evitar la sedimentación de sólidos que transportan las aguas pluviales y residuales. Se ha proyectado la red de forma que sea autolimpiable.

Los valores de velocidades mínimas de circulación son función del tipo de red que se trate. En nuestro caso, al tratarse de una red separativa, los conductos de aguas residuales se han proyectado de forma que la velocidad de circulación no sea menor a 0,60 m/s y los de aguas pluviales 0,90 m/s.

En cuanto a pendientes, se recomienda para redes residuales aquella que produzca una velocidad mínima de 0,6 m/s para caudal mínimo. Asimismo, las pendientes máximas vendrán limitadas igualmente por las velocidades máximas admisibles.

6.- ESTUDIO HIDROLÓGICO

El presente estudio hidrológico se ha desarrollado considerando como datos de partida los encontrados en el Plano Guía según Máximas Lluvias Diarias en la España Peninsular.

Una vez localizado en el plano el punto geográfico al que se refiere el estudio, se obtienen los datos referentes al coeficiente de variación (Cv) y al valor medio de la máxima precipitación diaria anual.

Cv = 0,354

P = 55 mm

Considerando un periodo de retorno (T) y el valor de (Cv), se obtiene mediante tablas el valor del factor de amplificación (KT).

T = 500 años

Cv = 0,354

KT = 2,831

El valor de la precipitación máxima diaria (Pd) se obtiene mediante la siguiente expresión:

Pd = KT x P = 2,831 x 55 = 153,7 mm

Para conocer el caudal de referencia en el punto de desagüe de la cuenca se utiliza la siguiente expresión:

Q = (C x A x I)/k

Donde:

C = coeficiente de escorrentía

A = área de la cuenca

I = intensidad media de precipitación

K = coeficiente que depende de las unidades en que se expresen Q y A y que incluye el aumento del 20% en Q para tener en cuenta el efecto de las p untas de precipitación.

El cálculo de la intensidad media de precipitación se obtiene mediante la expresión que sigue:

Donde:

Id = intensidad media diaria de precipitación correspondiente al periodo de retorno considerado.

Il = intensidad horaria de precipitación correspondiente a dicho periodo de retorno.

El cociente Il/Id se obtiene mediante mapa de isolíneas, previo cálculo del tiempo de concentración Tc

obtenido según la expresión que aparece a continuación:

Tc = 0,3 [(L/J1/4)0,76]

Donde:

L = longitud del cauce principal (km) = 0,355 km

J = pendiente media (m/m) = 0,01

Obteniéndose así el resultado:

Il/Id = 8,8

El valor de Id se obtiene mediante la expresión:

Id = Pd/24 = 153,7/24 = 6,40mm/h

Por lo cual, la intensidad media de precipitación resulta ser igual a 56,32 mm/h.

El coeficiente de escorrentía se calcula a partir de la expresión:

C = [[(Pd/Po) -1][(Pd/Po) + 23]]/[(Pd/Po) +11]2 = 0,5919

Donde:

Po = precipitación media.

Pd = precipitación total diaria correspondiente al periodo de retorno.

Por lo cual, sustituyendo en la expresión de cálculo según el método racional se obtiene el valor del caudal de referencia:

Q = (C x A x I)/k = 93,57 L/s = 0,09357 m3/s

CÁLCULO HIDRAÚLICO DE LA SECCIÓN DEL CAUCE DE LA VAGUADA

Mediante la expresión de Manning:

Q = (1/n) x S1/2 x R2/3 x A

Donde:

Q = caudal a conducir (m3/s) = 0,09357 m3/s

n = coeficiente de rozamiento de Manning = 0,014

S = pendiente longitudinal del canal = 10%

R = radio hidráulico = 0,125

A = sección transversal = 0,125

Se obtiene que la sección para la evacuación del caudal calculado previamente es de 0,5 x 0,5 m, contando con las características siguientes:

Calado = 0,25 m

Pendiente = 10%

Ángulo del talud con la base = 90º

Obteniendo como resultado una velocidad de 5,64 m/s.

1. Descripción de la red de saneamiento

La velocidad de la instalación deberá quedar por encima del mínimo establecido, para evitar sedimentación, incrustaciones y estancamiento, y por debajo del máximo, para que no se produzca erosión.

2. Descripción de los materiales empleados

Los materiales utilizados para esta instalación son:

Q es el caudal en m3/s v es la velocidad del fluido en m/s A es la sección de la lámina de fluido (m2). Rh es el radio hidráulico de la lámina de fluido (m). So es la pendiente de la solera del canal (desnivel por longitud de conducción). n es el coeficiente de Manning.
