Se realizan los cálculos de producción de una cantidad determinada del

producto Ej. Se hará el cálculo para X cantidad del producto. La tabla se

COSTO UNITARIO = Costo total / Cantidad de productos que permite elaborar.

2. PRECIO DEL PRODUCTO

Como ya se sabe el costo del producto se hace la operación para sacar el costo de

venta del producto (nos debe dejar un margen de ganancia de un 40 a 80%)

Cálculo de ganancia =Costo del producto X 60%

PRECIO DE VENTA= costo del producto + ganancia

3. PRESUPUESTO

Se hace en Excel una tabla donde se coloca la proyección de ventas en determinado

tiempo y se determinan las posibles ganancias.

Descripción de cada uno de los ingredientes y el lugar donde lo podemos

conseguirlos a mejor precio (Incluir imágenes de los ingredientes del producto)

Se hace una redacción que incluya todo el proceso de elaboración del producto.

(Se debe anexar fotos o video de preparación)

3. PRESENTACION Y EMPACADO

Se colocan imágenes del producto empacado y se habla sobre su presentación

Se nombra el líder del proceso y las funciones que tiene
