Las lesiones de las extensores son frecuentemente subestimadas
-No existe tanta literatura como para los flexores.
-Son fáciles de exponer y «parecen» fáciles de reparar.
-Cualquiera sabe que suturar un flexor es un reto, pero suturar un extensor… «se hace con local en un momentito».
-No hay tanta «mística» en su rehabilitación como la hay para los flexores
