Our estates La Viola and San Martin are located at the ridges of Peñas Blancas second highest mountains in Nicaragua, at an average of 1,150 meters above the sea level. Our environmental conditions are ideal to grow high quality coffee that has a great aroma, body and acidity. We preserve our environment in order to protect natural resources, which contributes to our coffee crop development.
