History/Stats:● Started in 2005 as an online store platform (C2C)● Initially allowed only handmade goods

○ Started to allow manufactured goods in 2013● 54 million members in 2015

○ 27.1 million active buyers● Created an optimized mobile platform in 2014● The name “Etsy”? Nobody knows.
