La paradoja
del tratamiento sistémico en CCLA
• Es un tumor frecuente
• Es un tumor quimiosensible (más que muchos otros)
• Usos: inducción, concomitante, adyuvancia
• Hay pocas cosas claramente establecidas
• Resultados no son buenos (supervivencia, toxicidad, calidad de vida)
• Las estrategias de integración siguen siendo objeto de debate
…….Sigue utilizándose (y mucho)
¿Existen otros caminos que permiten llegar al mismo lugar, dejando
las limitaciones que comúnmente tenemos, por otras que no hemos
experimentado ?
