VISTO:

El Informe N° 369-2015-GPD-EPS.SEDACUSCO S.A., mediante el cual la Gerencia dePlaneamiento y Desarrollo, solicita la aprobación del "Informe Técnico de Estandarización deServidores en la EPS.SEDACUSCO S.A."; y,

CONSIDERANDO:

Que, la EPS. SEDACUSCO S.A. tiene por objeto realizar todas las actividades vinculadas a laprestación de los servicios de agua potable y alcantarillado en el ámbito de su administración yresponsabilidad, aplicando políticas de desarrollo, control, operación, mantenimiento,planificación, financiación, normatividad, preparación de proyectos, ejecución de obras,supervisión, asesoría y asistencia técnica de conformidad a la Ley General de Servicios deSaneamiento, aprobado por D. S. N° 023-2005 VIVIENDA, y el Estatuto Social.

Que, la Ley General de Servicios de Saneamiento, en su Artículo 3° declara a los servicios desaneamiento como de necesidad y utilidad pública y de preferente interés nacional, cuya finalidades proteger la salud de la población y el ambiente.

Que, el Informe N° 141-2015-OTIC-GPD-EPS.SEDACUSCO S.A., emitido por el Jefe de la Oficinade Tecnologías de la información y Comunicaciones de la Gerencia de planeamiento y Desarrollo,mediante el cual sustenta la adquisición estandarizada de equipos servidores de datos para el Data¡Center, cuyo documento ha sido elaborado de acuerdo a la Directiva N° 10-2009-OSCE/CDLineamientos para la Contratación en la que se hace referencia a determinada marca o tipoarticular";

Que, el objetivo es elaborar el sustento técnico que permite estandarizar la adquisición deSERVIDORES, eligiendo a la marca HP como la más idónea por la compatibilidad de arquitecturascon los equipos servidores ya que posee la EPS.SEDACUSCO S.A.;

k Que, la EPS.SEDACUSCO S.A., cuenta con 03 equipos servidores los cuales almacenan lossistemas SICI, GESTOR, PRESENSA, WORKFLOW, ANTIVIRUS CORPORATIVO, utilizados ena EPS.SEDACUSCO S.A.; los cuales administran la red de datos conformada aproximadamenteor más de doscientos (200) equipos de cómputo de la marca HP, distribuidas en las diferentesreas de la sede de la empresa. Los tres equipos servidores son de la marca HP, los cuales

administran a las computadoras de escritorio de los usuarios, favoreciendo la respuesta deprocesamiento de información;

En uso de las facultades conferidas por el Estatuto Social, la Gerencia General mediante suproveído en el Informe de la referencia, dispone a la Oficina de Asesoría y Defensa Legal laelaboración de la correspondiente resolución; con el Vo B° de la Gerencia de Planeamiento,Gerencia de Administración y Finanzas, y la visación de la Oficina de Asesoría y Defensa Legal;

SE RESUELVE:

ARTICULO 1°.- APROBAR, el "Informe Técnico de Estandarización de Servidores de laEPS.SEDACUSCO S.A.", que consta de veintiocho (028) folios.

ARTICULO 2°.- DISPONER, a la Gerencia de Planeamiento y Desarrollo, su implementación,seguimiento y control.

ARTICULO 3°.- ENCARGAR, al responsable de la Oficina de Tecnologías de la información yComunicación de la Gerencia de Planeamiento y Desarrollo, cumpla los procedimientos dentrode la Ley.

2. RESPONSABLE DE LA EVALUACION

3. OBJETIVO

Elaborar el sustento técnico que permite estandarizar la adquisición de SERVIDORES, eligiendo

a la marca HP como la más idónea por la compatibilidad de arquitecturas con los equipos

servidores que ya posee la EPS SEDACUSCO S.A.

4. ANTECEDENTES

Actualmente la E.P.S. Sedacusco S.A. cuenta con tres (03) equipos servidores los cuales

almacenan los sistemas SICI, GESTOR, PREZENSA, WORKFLOW, ANTIVIRUS CORPORATIVO,

utilizados en la EPS SEDACUSCO S.A.; los cuales administran la red de datos conformada

aproximadamente por más de doscientos (200) equipos de cómputo de la marca HP,

distribuidas en las diferentes áreas de las sedes de la empresa. Los tres equipos servidores son

de la marca HP, con las siguientes características:

los usuarios, favoreciendo la respuesta de procesamiento de la información.

7. USO DE LOS BIENES REQUERIDOS

El uso de los equipos requeridos será para la utilización de las siguientes aplicaciones o

software especializado:

o Servidor de Aplicaciones del Sistema WorkFlow

8. JUSTIFICACION

El segmento de Servidores es de marca propietario, no existiendo en el mercado de los tipos

compatibles o ensamblados. Este segmento de equipos está cubierto por marcas como HP,

DELL, IBM, etc.

La E.P.S. Sedacusco cuenta con el 100% de equipos Servidores con Procesadores INTEL,

garantizando el óptimo funcionamiento de los dispositivos que forman parte del equipo; lo

que se traduce en contar con la Garantía del Fabricante para el óptimo funcionamiento de los

mismos.

Como se puede apreciar en los puntos 5 (con el anexo 1) y punto 6; la E.P.S. Sedacusco S.A.

posee actualmente SERVIDORES de la misma marca que los equipos solicitados para la

estandarización. Los Servidores de los Sistemas que se utilizan en la empresa, funcionan bajo la

plataforma Microsoft Windows Server y HP recomienda el uso de los mismos.

La plataforma de Sistema Operativo de servidores, es de la familia Microsoft que es compatible

con MS Windows 7 Pro, MS Windows Vista y MS Windows XP Pro.

Para asegurar la continuidad de los procesos en la empresa, la Oficina de Tecnologías de la

Información y Comunicaciones recomienda la adquisición de los equipos servidores solicitados

y cuyas especificaciones se detallan en el punto 6 del presente documento. Se ha tomado en

cuenta también la garantía post venta de los equipos y HP cumple notablemente con las

exigencias de reposición de equipos o cambio de partes por fallas.

9. PERIODO DE VIGENCIA

El periodo de vigencia de la estandarización es de 6 (seis) meses.

10. CONCLUSIONES

La marca HP es una de las marcas con mayor reconocimiento a nivel mundial y actualmente

líder tecnológico de Servidores, Computadoras de Escritorio e Impresoras en el mundo (Fuente:

La E.P.S. Sedacusco S.A. hace algunos años viene utilizando esta tecnología para el

procesamiento de la información generada mediante los sistemas, aplicativos y software

especializado propio del trabajo de la empresa.

Durante este tiempo, los equipos han respondido a las exigencias de procesamiento y

almacenamiento de la información, inclusive el buen tiempo de respuesta por parte del

fabricante para la solución de problemas reportados ante la ocurrencia de fallas menores.

Por todo lo expuesto en los párrafos anteriores se recomienda la estandarización de los

equipos Servidores a la marca HP, para GARANTIZAR la operatividad de los sistemas,

aplicativos y software especializado de la empresa.
