El terreno incluye alrededor de 350 lotes que fueron cuidadosamente planeados para bordear espacios abiertos. Los viñedos son una parte importante de La Estancia con 72 hectáreas de viñas, los residen-tes pueden disfrutar la vida de un vitivinícola parti-cipando de la cosecha, colaborando con la elección de los varietales y recibiendo una asignación anual de vino hecho en la bodega de la propiedad.El clubhouse de golf, el Heath Club, es comple-tísimo. El edificio está en funcionamiento con un restaurante, bar y pro-shop. El Campo de Golf está en pleno proceso de desarrollo, los primeros 9 hoyos están terminados y todos los demás han sido sem-brados, estará terminada para mediados del 2010.

The vines are an important part of La Estancia with 72 acres of vineyards, residents can enjoy the life of a wine harvest participating, collaborating with the choice of varietals and receiving an annual allowance of wine made in the hold of the property .The golf clubhouse, the Heath Club, is very com-plete. The building is running a restaurant, bar and pro shop. The Golf Course is in the process of development, the first 9 holes are completed and all others have been planted, will be completed by mid 2010.
